  1. I'm getting them for a really CHEAP price and already have them in my shed so Wicked a-arms are not an option. We're putting a different bike back to stock and will have to put my stockers on that bike, so it's one or the other. I'm sure performance wise they're better, I just don't want them to fall apart and end up breaking my neck. Like I said, they're only about a year old. Thanks for the replies. Keep the opinions coming if you have any. Thanks.
  2. Any other opinions? They are only a year old. I believe they're ball joints.
  3. How are these arms? Have them in my shed ready to replace my stock arms and I was recently told they break apart and are no good. They are the newer models and will replace my stock arms. I do a little bit of jumping but nothing crazy and trail riding, etc. Should I replace my stockers with them? Please, facts only!!! My safety depends on it! Thanks.

  5. ????
  6. Are the Boss Racing carriers any good? $100 with all bearings, etc. Also I ride woods so I need a durable one. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
  7. Sounds like you're just frustrated that your bike broke down. Been there. Just my two cents, but I'm with your buddy, grab your balls and fix it. You'll never get what it's worth anyway. By the way, if you do sell it, grab another bike before you get married or you may never see a bike again, let alone Glamis!!!!
  8. If there was ever a clear error made by God, evolution or whatever you choose to call the great determinant, it was the lifespan of dogs. There's just no logical reason for dogs living as short as they do. The promise of generic engineering could rectify this problem in a few years- let's get on it. Man's best friend? IN A HEARTBEAT!
  9. Anymore advice out there? Advice on the brake pads?
  10. I'm ordering a few things for my bike. I need a clutch cover gasket and the place I'm ordering all my stuff from carries Cometic gaskets. I was reading the reviews on the site about them and a few people had problems with them fitting correctly (not on Banshees). Any feedback on Cometic gaskets or suggestions on other brands? Also, rear brakepads. I'm looking at the sintered EBC pads. Are they worth the extra money or should I just grab the basic rear pads. I've heard a few reviews that they were wearing down or gouging the rotor. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks alot guys.
  11. :yelrotflmao: Now that's funny! I wish I had an extra $400 just to see the look on my neighbors face when I pull that thing into the yard, he thinks I'm going to cut my grass and I start ripping around on it! How fast does it go? Bump for ya, good luck with the sale.
  12. Interested in the clutch cover insert. P.M. sent.
  13. :yelrotflmao: That's funny.

    K&N Outerwears

K&N.(stock airbox) Yes, looking for a lightly used one. I bought two off here, barely used for less than half price. One was parting out a bike with a like new filter system and another was barely used and he switched to a foam filter because he didn't like the way the K&N fit. Both were barely used. Looking to get lucky a third time. Worth a shot. Thanks.

  18. "You can go broke saving money." Wisecos get my vote. By the way, I also vote you get your ass to work for him to get the bike back! lol
  19. So, you've had luck with factory sprockets, what chain have you found to work well?
  20. How about chain replacements? Are sidewinders, etc. worth the money or do they wear out as fast as a cheaper O-Ring?
  21. Yeah, it's not like it was brand new before the last ride but VERY noticably after. Probably just finished it off like you said. Any input on sprocket upgrades after engine work would still be appreciated.
  22. The teeth are rounded, not the chain. So I guess what I'm saying is, since I got the engine work, should I buy a certain brand of sprocket or did I just blow it by not tightening the chain at that time? I have a spare front Sun-Star sprocket that I'll use if that's the case.
  23. I recently had port work done to my bike. I always check my chain, sprockets, axle nut, etc., as well as everything else on my bike after and during every ride. The last time I went out riding hard, the chain was a little loose but I figured it was alright for one more ride before tightening it. I rode all day and was doing wheelies and riding it hard. Last night it snowed hard and took it for a light ride around the streets(without checking it). I did a doughnut and felt the chain skip. I looked at the front sprocket and noticed it's rounded off. It looked fine before the last time I rode it hard. My question is, could it get rounded like this from one ride with a more powerful engine and a loose chain? The only problem I've had with a stock engine, was breaking teeth off from a mis-aligned chain. These teeth look all uniform and rounded. The chain looks aligned. It's not a name brand sprocket either. It just seemed to happen rather quickly. SORRY for the long winded post but just wanted to explain it correctly. Also, any name brand sprockets that you would suggest. THANKS ALOT for any replies and taking the time to read this long ass post.
  24. I just read this and was thinking the same thing. Are you mixing your gas and oil with 2 stroke pre-mix oil or Mobil motor oil?
  25. Going to pass on the nerfs, not what I thought they were. I thought they might have the rear heel guards. BUMP for great prices and a good price on the nerfs also. Thanks.
