  6. what is your carb setup like?
  7. what about a stock kfx 700 :geek:
  8. you just might need to hold that throttle open more  ........since your wanting to put some $$ into your bike and having trouble with it bogging in 2nd gear and having to down shift i think you should port your cylinders. You'll need a reputable builder and want more low end power for hill climbs. You won't really know if you need pistons till its off but just do it anyways and bore it one size that way your not taking it apart again for a while. you'll feel a huge difference with a good port job good luck with what you decide! there are no sizes with port jobs it just changes flow search the website theres dozens of talks about porting. most people here are duners
  9. first off welcome to hq.....what do you mean by not doing to well in 2nd gear is it traction or speed? you should get it to hook up the way you want thats a priority.......and if you do a crank you'll be spending more than 1k unless you do it yourself......
  10. :yelrotflmao: :woot:
  11. can u get me a deal on that site
  12. check my post topic out http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...=108465&hl= motodrumer58 good idea with letting the air out i think i need to do that with mine i have been running my tires real high at 10psi i think i am going to try normal 4 psi i am getting to much traction on the corners and my left rear is at least 6" of the ground sometimes i've gotten the handle bars jerked and get the left side up a bit, (scary) Damn 4 strokes theres a v force i am have a hard time keeping up with mostly on the straight aways normally well see what this up coming week brings me though
  13. I put some pics of my DR225 i got a boner for it
  14. These are some pics of the track. when it was cold after riding we drilled holes in the ice flood it and plug it and it makes a perfect track!
  15. We have been building our track on Jan 17 In Milton, NH 03851. The access road (drive way) is called Saltbox , first drive way on the right just north of the Milton town beach on RT 125. Please, go slow on the rd. The ice right now is 13" thick and we have a guy who plows the track with his truck after we do a bunch of laps he rides a atc250r. The oval is over 1/8 mile plowed really wide with the tt course on the inside. I hope to get to meet some of you guys. I think it would be great to meet some HQ riders. I am a die hard rider and am out there on my banshee every sunday and throughout the summer. this up coming weekend will be winter fest and there is a drag strip near by and if you get there early they'll clock your speed, (before the snowmobiles start.) also there is a trail to ride over to the milton car ice races and we can watch the locals race there cars. i ride all day usually don't stop riding until 5pm and don't leave till 7:30  Usually i meet others in rochester nh exit 13 off 16 for gas and beer. You Need a valid registration for NH!! fish and game can be dicks but only if your not sticker ed, we want them to leave us alone Thanks -Greg
  16. use gold ice racing screws $56/1,000 you'll find out there almost just as good and there cheaper because you will loose some when racing they look like this. old school fuckers use the tie down but you can get a lowering kit, thats a link for your shock that will drop the ass of the bike real low and keep wheels on the ice
