  1. haven't seen to many pics of them on a shee i must say nice fit and bike looks good. i really gotta get one can't have me slowing everyone down like last year lol
  2. the steering stablizer is a very good idea to bad its almost $500. if all your looking to do is raise your bars without going cheap and getting a regualar bar riser go with the steering stem. shit if you go up a hill climb and dont make it and goes into a roll guess whats going to happen to your stock stem http://www.precision-rp.com/stabilizer.cfm
  3. i am looking at getting a larger tank for this winter since our rides go much longer and i need to get the bigger tank so that i don't get towed to the gas station. i think this clarke 5.5 gal tank is better than ims because the vents in the side of the tank resemble the stock shroud. i know you have to cut plastic but its more function than looks http://www.clarkemfg.com
  4. just get a anit-vibe steering stem that has the rise you want and that way you won't need to get an adapter/riser to make you fasst bars fit. american star is a good brand to check out. also rox makes a anti vibe handlebar riser its very nice shawn has on on the dual sport its the gold colored one on there site can't rememeber what it s called. you able to ride this weekend peter?
  5. Been running Bel-Ray H1R for a while with 94 32:1. to run Methanol do you need to modify the carb? don't know much about it :geek:

  8. i've been running the elka long travel w/ linkage setup huge difference for me going from the stock shock to the elka. 1200 bucks is a freakin joke but it's been great for the NH trails. and there is no such thing as finding cheap elkas new :biggrin:

  16. theres no place to ride on the seacoast here. but i go riding every weekend with about 5 other reguals and drive usually 2 hrs and spend all day riding and that pic is in shapliegh Maine a very cool sandpit with steep climbs and sunapee which isn't that far from you have you been there yet? peterlocal22 a fellow HQer comes along now and then as well

  18. i have a 34mm keihin pj carb modified by sudco, trinity stage IV single carb cv intake manifold, o-ringed, velocity air box adapter i will aslo through in the stock reed assy in like new condition off my 06' shee looking for some dual carbs 33mm would like to see offers and with pics. i have a 4mil crank and porting done now and need the bigger carbs if you have a stock shee motor you'll get more bottom end power with my carb. thanks -Greg

  21. did it start over heating all the sudden or have you changed to riding at slower speeds in tight woods because the banshee is famous for that. try new coolant billit water pump impeller for quicker flow, and a cool head

  25. awsome buy i can't wait to check out the new setup peter you'll notice a big difference in the fast woods tails. i think this winter you should take the shocks off and send them out get it setuo for your weight i know a guy from kawie riders who can hook you up. let me know
