    My j arms

I had to put some heat on mine to get it to budge. A little torch some heat and a driftwood center punch it will come rite out.
  3. X Ring D.I.D. or Regenia is what I roll on. You should get new sprockets to break in too. Just make sure they are Steel sprockets. I have a JT40th rear for 17 shipped.
  4. Damn thats a nice looking bike. Those Hipers look hard too.
  5. 450 Shocks are not bad and can be converted into a dual rate shock and valved for you but by the time you do that your already in 350.00. Elkas are the way to go. I have them on mine and I love them. Definatly worth the cash.
  6. Ide like to have my myth busted by that redhead on the show
  7. you cant mix it with your gas if thats what your asking but you can use it as trans oil
  8. Damn that sounds like a bullshit deal. rough and not being smooth sometimes helps the fuel atomization. What do they look like are they even? Pics?
  9. WOW! Thats Awsome man! Great looking Banshee you have does deserve its own magazine writeup! I wonder what it says in the artical? Congrats

  11. Looks like a pretty cool sleeping bag. What sort of parts are you looking for? Stock Carbs with TORS and all fuel lines stock front break calipers with half worn break pads JT40th rear sprocket new in package stock rear hub with half worn sprocket stock front bumper with a dent brand new Motion Pro Clutch Cable LT250R Kicker stock Front shocks
  12. Boring your motor more than it needs is not going to give you any noticeable power gains it will just shorten the life of the cyls. Now Pipes and porting it is going to be your biggest power gain. 120psi is stock compression and is good there is no reason to dig into the motor unless you need more power and porting it will do that. You can have it ported to fit the pipes you have or you can really open it up, you can always get a 4mil or bigger crank and have you motor ported for that and it will scream. Depending on where you want your power and what gas you want to run you can get smaller domes for your coolhead and a timing advance with a Ricky Stator timing plate(35 BUCKS). Biggest bang for your buck. Im running 160 psi with 20cc domes and +4 timing advance and 93 octane is working well but anything above 160psi calls for race fuel. You can have nikasil plated cyls but it doesnt come that way stock.
  13. I ride very tight trails very agresivlly on my Shee too. I put a bunch of cabbage into it because I will be racing that kind of element and I want to compete. everyone pretty much knows 4 strokes handle better out of the box and are eayser to ride I will never switch untill my body and bones tell me to do so. I never said a 4 stroke is better I was just trying to explain the diffrence in power which is hard to do over the internet. I rode Raptors and 450s even 250Rs before I chose the Banshee and I can trade my Banshee anytime to any of the nuemorous 450 guys setup like mine with Elkas, Axis, ect who offered. But hell no. I like the power of the 2 stroke twin to much to get a coushier 4 poke.
  14. Those trails are nice and open but if you are in a groupe of 4x4s and you dont want to fly by them and wait to see what trail they are taking next get a put put 4 stroke. That you can cruise on. Banshees dont like going slow they usualy load up and sputter when you crank the throttle to get rid of what gas is left in the carbs from going slow. Raptor 700 is a nice bike but its power is all lowend torque very nice for trails but if you want to feel it when you hit the powerband the Banshee is the only way to go. YFZ 450 is nice too and has more of a broad powerband for a 4 stroke but again nothing like a Banshee espically a Banshee with pipes proper jetting and an airbox mod BRAAAP BRAAAAAAAAAAP
  15. 3 bottles last me two oil changes http://www.ktm-parts.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?...t_Code=36030002
  16. Yeah I hope it sells too it will offset the cost of the PT Mids Im getting
  17. haha rite, Use the Buy It Now, someones gonna see that and snag it up just to part it out. I PMed you about this. I frikkin WISH I got a Banshee with all of that good stuff done to it. I just picked a nice one up with pipes for $3000.00 now look at my sig.
  18. Downpayment paid for pipes.
  19. I was just thinking about this today. I think its a brillant idea. What I figured I would do is every project talk about it before you do it show the parts intact and mention everything in them, then do that cirten project with your cam on a tabel make sure people can see what your doing and work a step or two behind what you would normaly pace yourself at. But there is always a rewind or pause button for people who would buy it. If you do this count me in for at LEASt 2. Definate money maker.
  20. Yeah I sent it back because this swingarm will not work with my rear end setup. If its that Important to you I could get the dual row carrier back then the total cost would be $380.00 shipped. Good deal, figuring Lonestar would want 7-800 for one and this one is as close to new as you can get. Posted Today, 01:34 PM too bad i dont have the cash, inless you wanna trade for yz125 parts.. this banshee is sucking me dry... sorry man but I dont own any dirtbikes
  21. You are definatly looking at the rite bike. Not to mention the thousands of dollars worth of mods you would buy for it are already on there. Banshees were made for wide open long stretches of trails and obviously desert riding/racing They are fantastic in pits too. Thing about the Banshee and why we love them so much is the power. There is nothing like the thrill of opening up a twin cyl 2 stroke and have it run wide open or hillclimb they just go and the power is an addrenilin rush. 4 Strokes dont have that lighting pull they might be fast the new 450s and the raptor 700 but they are NOT as fun. I love the power so much I spent thousands and thousands of dollars to get it to handle better to keep up with the 4 strokes in the trails. If you bought that you already have the +2+1 A-Arms and Elka sport shocks which are some of the absolute best of the best shocks you can get. Plus it comes with a very good set of pipes, milled head for more compression, new crank and it says all of the bushing and bearings were done not to long ago That bike is a steal if you ask me.
  22. I cut 12 1" holes all the way through the lid and I placed little filters inside the holes. I have a couple bags of replacment filters but they are all the way up my land. Ide just give em to you.
  23. BUMP Still for sale straight as straight gets and its all 4130 Chromoly PCed brite red, the pics dont do the color justice
  24. Douglas Ultimate Beadlock wheels are the strongest out there. They are heavier but when your riding on rocky terrain you need them.
