Any more interest ????

I've never put plugs or patches in these tires. I don't see any evidence of plugs on them. I do take paypal. $50 for wheels and tires and $22 for shipping (via USPS std. package shipping 2-9 days) Total : $72 shipped to FLA.

Idle screws not installed, I bought the bike that way. They still ran good, I just adjusted the idle with the cable adjustment at the carb top. I can include the cable, but want to sell all together. Thanks for lookin. P.S. I've also got a pair of stock front shocks that still work good. They are silver with white springs. I can get pics if anyone is interested in them.

I have: Stock carbs-Tors removed-W/K&N pods and Outerwears- Few mods to increase fuel flow. Carbs flowed pretty well and ran great with mild port. $130 shipped to lower 48. Stock swinger- Swinger is straight, in decent shape. Make offer. Stock Wheels and Tires- Decent shape-holds air. Make offer.

If you cant find any good t5s, I've got a decent set of FMF gold series Fattys and silencers I'm looking to sell. They ran great for me but now I changed to a stroker and got CPIs. Let me know if I can help you out.

I agree with Brandon, it can be done. IMO you should do something about pipes and intake setup if you are going to the trouble of converting to Alky. (if not already done). If not it's kinda like putting earrings on a pig.....it's still a pig !! I modded my stock carbs for Alky last fall. It worked pretty good, but I had to change a few things to get there. First I found out that I couldn't feed it enough fuel, so I had to change to a Pingel fuel valve so each carb had it's own fuel delivery. I also drilled the fuel feed ports larger in the carbs and drilled the needle seats a little. Cut off one float in each carb. Drilled out the main jets to around .100 (drilled a few different sizes but that's where it ended up). I also changed the pilots and the needle position. In the end, I found that the carb bowls were running out of fuel at about 250ft of WOT. I was gonna make some larger bowls (I actually started), but then Alcohol went up over $4.50/gal. and at twice the consumption of the race fuel, the $$$ didn't make sense any more. If you got the $$ to spare, heres what you get: -a little more hp/torque -engine runs cooler !!! -really bitchen burnt alky smell -alot smaller range between tankfulls !!!! Just my $ .02 I got those carbs around here somewhere If you are serious I can dig em up and see what size pilots.

What software are you using ? Does it automatically figure volume for you, or do you still need to manually do the calc. ?

Thanks, I agree Jeff is the man. I just hate to call and take the man away from a paying job when I'm tryihg to do something myself....especially when he sells the same service I am asking about. Just wanted to know if anyone here can tell me where to start. I am setting up a 4mil banshee engine for the first time. I don't want to use a spacer at the base of cylinders. I need to know what size dome to start with for trimming the 2mil out, and what radius it should be cut to in the squish area. I want to end up with 18cc when i'm done. anyone know of a simple way to calculate dome volume? i know how to measure the size, but dont know how to figure the size after mod. Also, What are the options on the squish band ? I plan to have an agressive dune port (almost drag) on stock cylinders which will probably be about 65.25mm (.05 over if 795 series pistons are available for that size) What is the common squish clearance used in an engine like this ?

The bore is +7mm over stock ? No real porting ? Does that mean they need more porting, or will it run ok as is ? Will it work ok with stock stroke ?

10 is the tire width, and 8 is the inside diameter (wheel diameter) The wheel width is not given there. It is probably between 8-9 inches.
