  1. I'll need the 795 series pistons for this correct? And also have to have the head cut or get some 4mil stroker domes right.
  2. Can anyone explain this. I know the long-rod is obviously a longer rod but wouldn't that accomplish the same thing as the extra stroke? Or is the extra 5mm from the longer rod "negated" by the shorter blaster pistons?
  3. I like my black ones but they're chipping like a mofo, guess I should quit runnin over all the tall stuff tho.
  4. You have to host them somewhere on the www. Try photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc.
  5. This bike is very solid, it'll almost hang with a Trinity drag ported bike, someone pick this up
  6. Surely you're not runnin the v-paddles are you?
  7. Was it the choke tube?
  8. I'd find a reputable machine shop in your town to do the work and get the piston kit from somewhere. Magicracing.com has a nice one for $159 that comes with new wristpin bearings.
  9. I'll probably have the carbs and reeds by the end of the summer but the paychecks only come every 2 weeks, and I'm also going to be PC'ing everything sometime this summer as well.
  10. I got a hella good job this summer so the banshee's gonna get a little overhaul. For starters I'm gonna hit the motor: Possibly a 4mil stroke, 5mil longrod, with a dune/play/drag port (not sure who to go with here, leaning towards FAST, passion, A&S, just want someone good that has a decent turnaround time, ya I know that's hard to find but I can wish) I don't want a full-out drag motor. I'm plannin on a +4 swinger I think, so hopefully I'll be able to keep this down but still have fun ridin it around at my buddies house. Do you think it's worth it for me to do the 4mil? I've got a buddy sellin one that's already trued/welded for, oh $350 maybe or cheaper. Mine is going to need to be trued and welded anyways. But would the crank really make that much difference? I plan on running stock carbs for awhile, my T-5 pipes, stock reeds, etc. I will eventually do all the upgrades but this is what I'm thinking for now. Let me know what ya'll think.
  11. Any of the kits should have everything you need. A drill, tap, idle screw, new cable, and caps. As for other tools that will come in handy: a file to smooth off the boss for the idle screw, piece of wood to put in carb so u don't drill through accidentally.
  12. I'm assuming the pistons come with rings? I really just need stock rings for stock pistons while I wait till I have enough saved up for my new motor. My rings are worn out, anyway you could check the ring end gap and get back with me, that is if you'll just sell the rings. Thanks!
  13. Dammit....I ALWAYS see the good deals when I don't have any money. You take layaway

    Need some studs

Got a few studs that are stripping out. If anyone has a junk spindle or hub that would be willing to sell me some studs that'd be sweet.
  15. Ditto...sucks
  16. Looking for some that are not scratched up, especially around the edges to get powdercoated. Pics and prices shipped to 73533 please. Thanks
  17. Will do...I just don't want somethin that's completely trashed...these'll mainly be my dune/drag wheels for now so I want 'em to look sharp.
  18. Can you get some up-close pics of the rims to [email protected] please. I'm lookin for some that aren't scratched around the edge to get powdercoated. Thanks!
  19. PM sent, no low ballin
  20. Anyway you'd just sell the cylinders?
  21. Ya so are these sold or what?
  22. Well they're basically +2 arms, so I think they'll be close to what the yfz shocks give ya...which is a tad lower then stock 'shee suspension if im not mistaken.
  23. Still curious what kind of ground you're racing him on? Setup is about 70% of a race, yes gearing included but if you shift your weight around you can kill him even on dirt with one tooth down in the front.
