  1. Is it leaking oil? In most cases you can have it welded. If you are going to use JB weld make sure you prep the surface very well.
  2. Yea that rod bearing is toast,did you call TDR and see if they will help you out? That sucks you haft to tear into the engine again. Id be on the phone and telling them they owe me a new crank. Good luck man.

  4. I have a hi-flite seat and its real cush. It was on the banshee when I bought her so I cant say I dealt with them. But looking at the seat they do quality work.

  12. With a spacer plate you probably have a 4mm stroker crank, and 795 series pistons are used with long rods. So im thinkin long rod 4mm.
  13. Spray them down with WD-40 and wipe them out,is there any pitting?

  15. Did it have spark before you put the new timing plate on? If so it should have spark now, look the stator over for loose solder joints(loose wires). Clymer manual stator specs, Lighting coil resistance, yellow to black=0.26-0.38ohms pickup coil resistance, white/red to white/green=94-140ohms charging coil resistance, green to red=13.7-20.5ohms Get your multi meter out and see what you got.   17. Yea your probably right,but the hub is not terribly loose on the splines. So if I were to put JB weld on the splines would I be able to get the hub off when needed?
  18. I just had a problem with my sprocket hub being loose,it was the lock nut. Check that and make sure its real tight. Other than that I like my g-force axle.
  19. I got a stocker lying in the garage and it measures 13.75 eye to eye.
  20. How come you cant see the left side carb window? Move or take off whatever is in your line of sight.
  21. There's a screw that you can adjust on the thumb throttle housing,adjust it to where your slide markings and carb windows line up. The screw is basically a throttle stop for WOT.
