  1. Hmmm, We run spindle mounts with brakes. Plus, they saved a good amount of weight!
  2. Your concept is pretty good Tricked. It will probably not get executed very well by the people it was directed at.
  3. I bet he thinks you do! This is still a stupid thread & I'm stupid for posting here.
  4. Are you SRP, you can't post here. Now that's funny, but that's according to the OP.
  5. Yep, most likely.
  6. A couple of mine got deleted, along with other's. Not the first time something like that has happened. I just thought this thread was pretty stupid.
  7. We use 7 plate set-ups with small to med size motors. They have seen some nitrous testing also. I don't have an answer for the 8 plate because I never ran one. I do have an opinion for it, if I had more information. I'm sure Bubba can take care of the answer. Bubba & I have discussed a few things before. I know some of his capabilities (all good) & he may know some of mine if it matters.
  8. I know a little about clutch set-ups. No one that I know, has made a slider work with a 2 stroke quad. One good friend of mine worked with Hayes to R&D the set-up. They work great with the big 4 cylinder 4 stroke bikes.
  9. Ouch to SRP! I like the gas deal though, but I think I got lucky with my set-up. I sure don't understand all the formula stuff.
  10. Who gives a shit & your the pot calling the kettle black. Do not reply means you also, LOL! I know I'm not SRP & neither are you.
  11. I OMG myself, not fzr.
  12. OMG, I've been telling everyone I'm running FZR fibers. Thanks guys for finally letting me know. Anyway, I ordered some new clutches from Jeff today. We use his clutch 99% of the time & do some testing of other clutches the rest. I'm totally confident with his clutch. It helps us put down quick/fast numbers at the track, both asphalt & 300'. Plus, we have tested it hillshooting also. Jeff, I could post a few numbers if you wish.
  13. Not that I'm pleased with NHRA, but they do keep good records like that. The ATV drag racing sport really needs to get more organized than it is or has been.
  14. He continues to fuck his racer's/member's over. I was going to race in his West Coast deal in NOV. 11. He cancelled it 3 days prior. No big deal for me only being 5 hours away. I felt bad for the people travelling any distance. The track stepped up & ran the race. PS decided to run at another track the same weekend. Probably a smart move. He also scheduled a couple since & cancelled. The event next year has been yearly ran event for like the past 5 years. Well run & good people. I hope he doesn't screw that up.
  15. Sprinklerman, If that's the one your looking at, looks good. Powerhouse POW351049 Mini Spring Testers 0-60 lb x 1 lb
  16. OK Guys & Gals, I saw a lot of questions in the shout this morning. There's a few things I want to clear up. If you don't understand something, ask & I'll try to explain it better. There was a couple things I took notice on & gave a quick explanation. Lock-up arms digging into the pressure plate & rotational weight. I said I had fixes for both, but a couple people questioned. Why bring it up & not talk about it. Well, LOL! I will give a couple reasons. I addressed the rotaional weight a little, already in this thread. If someone feels it's important, then bring it forward. We can go over it a little more. The lock-up arms digging into the pressure plate. They have solved that problem in other motorsports. We are still designing, testing and machining different parts to make the modifications. I'm working with a prototype right now. This all takes time, money, machining & hate to say it again TESTING. While these item are important. There are more important basic things you need to learn first, IMO! I mentioned it in the shout box this morning & I've said in this thread. Hint, I didn't specifically say it was #1, but it was implied as #1. What's the #1 thing that should be done with your clutch & lock-up/lock-out for tuning????????
  17. We have a track horse. We used our 1/4 mile asphalt tuning & put it on the dunes. Then we took it to 300' sand. Not scared to use it at all. We knew exactly what we took to the dunes. Crazy, hit the nail on the head with that quote.
  18. Why not get them plated?
  19. I want to clarify, I'm not pointing that at K&T.
  20. Hee...hee, your the goober who was looking like a fool in the videos with OUT OF FRAME PIPES. Who gives two shits about PS records. In case you haven't figured it out. It's not important to run with PS; been a good long time since they had a race. You can't market your own pipes, guess your doing a better job for RDZ. As for you 2 Ass Clown's. You both have delusions of grandeur. There's a difference of a Builder beating another Builder's motor when it's tuned by a member/customer. That's is even if we believe in your BS 10-15 bike link wins over larger motors. The proof of the puddin' is Builder's bringing their own quads & tuning their own stuff. Then competing against each other. You two are not as smart as you think you are. You would clearly get an education from Titan Racing or K&T and many other's; but you two already know that!
  21. One too many the, LOL!
  22. Yep, that's what I'm talking about. Thanks for the for the fast track times Trinity & Wicked.
