  1. 2 things that i can see is that you said it stuttered on top that is lean IMO judging buy the good plug and it was lean. lean revs hard but falls off on top (Not enough fuel to keep reving) rich bogs on the low end and pulls like mad up top ( to much fuel to rev ) The guy that built that motor ports the windows of the pistons when it over reved it broke the skirt. So IMO the detonation weaked the piston and the over rev did it in. I would replace both pistons so you have 2 strong pistons IMO or port the new piston but Im not a big fan of that just incase of the accidental over rev. Also on cold days I would run race gas i would make life easyer IMO. Did you check the needle jet tube? what was it drilled at?

  7. I know its not pwks but I have 34mm flat slide mikunis with filters for 175 shipped there is one needle clip missing but other than that they are brand new

  9. I want to sell this bike cuz there are too many 2-strokes in the stable so to speek. It has a brand new 358 cub motor in it 3 heat cycles and one 3 min ride. In frame cpis polished rear silicers, lock up , anti vibe stem , carbin fiber tank/hood 35mm air strykers, rad valves, +4 chrome swinger with round carrier, trued and welded ,crank my head, custom seat you can choose cut or uncut plastics have both in same color black/carbin fiber. there is alot on the bike.   13. There are intake angled to the right just to avoid this.
  14. Had this happen on a 10mm sounds like you had a crank bearing case let go and eather the clip that holds the clutch side bearing came out with the case or just the outter ring of the bearing case. You should tare it all down at this point.

Red im am suprized that the neddle says egn thats a gas needle I would get a egq for sure also im sure that the "needle jet tube" the tube that the main jet screews in to is only .113 becuase thats should be what stock was. If you dont drill that out to .120 then nomatter what jet you put in it it will never flow more than .113. Always check your jets never asume that they are what they say they are even if you drill them. you should start with a 120 and play with the timing alcohol loves timing but for the small jet that was in there much over +5 and it was detonating. just clean them up real good and check jet sizes dont forget that the pilet afects the whole rpm range and if it seems fat on the low end and you lean it you need to add fuel on the big end. P.S. I would not try to drill the needle tube out more than .120. you may want some mains like 118 and 116. We were running .120 in robs 10mm with the power jets closed on kod and it was snowing and cold also I would mix my methanol at 28:1 kyle is the same so is rob

I have a 2000 banshee to trade for a 450R yfz 450 or 660/700 raptor the bike is a 358 cub with a head rad valves trued and welded crank 35 keihins anti vibe stem it has a purple frame chrome +4 swing arm your uncut black plastics with carbin fiber tank cover cpi inframes custome seat cover I have nice bikes will not be dissapointed if you want pics e-mail me and ill send them I cant post on here.
  21. I can tell you that they sell parts at near cost or at cost its hard to make money that way. So the best thing to do is if they have it for that price get it its not about them its about you and put as much money in your pocket as you can. I know you have principals but if you save on 3 parts and are able to get a 4th for the the same money as the 3 would have cost you win IMO
