  2. ahhhhhhhh..... If you take to much out just weld it up bore them out for a 78mm bore and put the DM on there. LOL J/K just be careful and youll have no worries

  7. Go to walmart get your self some GM ATF ($1.25 qt) put it in there thats what we use
  8. How much for the rear break set up?
  9. How does this affect longevity ? I have never seen engine failure do to case porting. If you are porting the cylinders port the case as well it free power.
  10. At your elevation you should be ok with pump gas on +4. Every motor is diferent so listen to it, it will tell you if it dont like something you did. At glamis I would put 4:1 ratio of race gas on that set up i.e. 4 gallons pump gas 1 gallon 110 race. That is MO and a good place to start but listen to your bike.
  11. No you didnt drop that bomb :yelrotflmao:
  12. Oh dam........................... :teehee: they should close this one before someone hurts themself
  13. LOL I am always a day late and a dollar short lol

  15. \ Bump for braxton
  16. First off I would like to say that I do not stick my nose into this kind of stuff and like to steer clear as much as possible ........ With that being said, jankab and I have done thousands of $$$ of buisness with each other. There has been times when shipping was slow on both ends. ( I am sending your gaskets out today priority ) But he has NEVER not returned a pm or phone call ready to give an explination as to why it was taking longer , even if it was his fualt.SO my question to you braxton are you saying he differs treatment for you? That would be hard to belive. Also durring a phone conversation I had with him some time ago he had made mention of this problem with you. That was sometime ago, are you saying that he had plotted to screw you? I can tell you he dont have time for that! I can also tell you that I do not make friends with people easy, I can say even though I have never looked the man in the face I would say he is my buddy. That alone should mean alot coming from me if you dont belive it ask my wife her name on here is "duckie" she will tell you I trust NO ONE! If anyone ever wants to buy something from jankab feel free to pm me not only would I tell you he is a stand up guy but I would personaly give you your money back if he screwed you. But just as death is the one certain thing in life so is the fact he will bend over to help you out. IMO he is completely justifed in stopping shipment and asking for you to apologize. Your posts have contredicted themselfs almost as much as you type in CAPS. P.S. Please turn off the cap lock, you would be more belivable
  17. You might have a lifter tick......................... :: J/K just a little joke lol It might be the piston return spring as well :yelrotflmao:
  18. If I had to guess they would not pull rider weight do to the short stinger. That is a great find :yelrotflmao:
  19. If you ride at that altitude( Not trying to put anyone down) you must likely do not want to mess with big bore pipes. What we have found here 5280ft-8500ft is that the big bore likes the flats but when we go to big hills i.e. sand mountain the big bore has a bog that you WILL not be able to get rid of. Not only have I had this problem but kim @ K&T and lyn at L.C. Performance has run into this as well. Many people have been testing the RDZ small bore pipe in this area with great results. Only one bike out of 5 did not like the RDZ pipe ( That bike was home ported) Also the shearer small bore made .5 hp less than the RDZ but did not have quiet the over rev. Here is some other interesting Info lyn @ L.C. performance has noticed that the colder weather we tend to deal with @ our altitude the cpi small bore makes more power below 70 degrees. He thinks it is do to the metal thickness on the different pipes. The cpis are thicker and tend to hold a bit more heat (this will also help you bigred). I have not had a chance to test that yet but I will here soon. If you have any questions feel free to ask
  20. IMO It is not a good mod no matter who does is they never completly balance and that can cause all kinds of problems. Another thing is when you lighten a fly wheel you reduce the tq........on a motor that needs help in that area anyway IMO
  21. I have fabric ones with outerwears pm me if you are interested
  22. With my porting at sea level up to where I race the small bores made more power on my 10mm super cub 72mm bore but every motor is different and you really should try pipes that you friends have or get used ones till you get ones that work best with your port work. Used pipe can be resold at little or no loss to you
