  1. I guess shoot me a pm when your ready to get rid of it, and we'll try to work something out then.
  2. I got sick and tired of picking my quad up out of ruts on the trails. I switched to pure sports BANDITS 23" fronts and 22" rears. They are a great tire for everyday trail riding and occasional drag or mx use. They are a little heavy, but who really cares on the trail. The larger front tires soak up some of the bumps better and get the front end up and over logs and ledges much better than smaller tires. The rears made a huge difference too if your worried about bottoming out your skid plate. I like the bandits because they have the flat profile on the rears, I hate the balloon look. They also have a great multi purpose tread design. Just thought I would give you a little more to think about.
  3. Those chargers look like they sell for about $50 now. I am only interested in the power supply. Not the charger. Maybe I'm confused and it's not a power supply[The last photo?]. Let me know.
  4. I might be interested in the power supply. Can you tell me what you know about it. Does it work? What are you looking for in trade?
  5. I agree that the Chuck fight was stopped a little soon. I think he took more shots in the first round, and they let it go. It was gonna end that way sooner ot later though. I'm not a Tito fan, but he's not nearly as much of a prick as I thought. He started changing my opinion during the whole Shamrock soap opera. Who cares if Arlovski held the cage, fighters do it all the time for a few seconds here or there, its instinct. Why does everybody like Forrest so much? He's a cool dude , but it seems like EVERYBODY loves that guy. I think he's ok, but I'm not upset that he finally got thumped. He was due. Q. 'RAMPAGE" Jackson is a bad man. I'm surprised nobody seems hyped about his debut in the UFC. He did beat the "Iceman" a couple of years ago in Pride.
  6. I can honestly say that I've seen a DS650 wipe a stock banshee several times, and still beat it with Toomey t6 pipes. It wasn't even that close of a race with the pipes. You must have gotten the baddest stock banshee ever built.
  7. A stock ds will be faster than a stock banshee, but who rides a stock banshee? The ds is an awesome quad, but it's too big for trails, and my friends vibrates the hell out of the foot pegs. I personally don't have any problems on the trails with my banshee. If your looking for a trail bike, I don't think you'll be happy with the biggest, heaviest, No reverse sport quad you can get, and thats the ds. Picking that F*%ker up out of some ruts is almost a two man job, especially at the end of the day. I think they are a great quad, but my sheee is faster, lighter, and fits better on the trails even with my +2 arms. I forgot to mention they both seem very reliable. One of my best friends has had one since they came out, and hasn't had any problems.
  8. I forgot to mention that my big compressor is a twin cylinder. I'm pretty sure everyone here knows that 2 is better than 1!
  9. I've got a 60 gal. 6hp. and a little pancake too. If your not worried about taking it with you get a bigger one. I hate having to wait on the compressor every 2 minutes to get something done. If your going to use air hammers or air sanders, you will be sorry if you buy a little 20 gallon. Most compressors build between 125-150psi which is plenty for almost any tool, but the small units just don't hold enough air, or create pressure fast enough to keep up with the tools. I can take off 2 lugnuts with my pancake if I'm lucky. Ask anyone who uses air tools for a living and they will tell you the little ones are just tire pumpers. They only work good for nail guns because they use a short burst of air, not a continuous flow like most tools. If your only getting one, get the bigger style. Plus if you buy the bigger one now you won't be pissed and looking for another one after your first big project. You can grab a little one any time, at a garage sale or something. The ONLY advantage to a small compressor is portability, and you still have to have power to run it. A $20 cigarette lighter compressor will blow up a tire just as good as a $250 mini compressor.,
  10. Steelers OSU
  11. I've been to haspin about 10-15 times. I think its a pretty cool place to go if you only have a day or so to ride. The dirt drag strip with the guard rail is pretty fun! Unfortunately you never know what condition any of the tracks are gonna be in, sometimes they are almost un rideable.
  12. All I know is they are reliable, and like you said SLOW!!
  13. PM sent! I have LSR rear hubs, so I don't want to change them. Thanks anyway for the reply.
  14. Still looking!!
  15. Anyone???
  16. Do you want to sell one of the two you have left?
  17. Been thinking of buying one, but winning one would be flat out kick ass!! Thanks for the shot at it!!!
  18. I have 155psi and I run 94 octane with no problems. I've been told 150psi is when it starts getting questionable on pump gas. ?????????????????? Oh yeah, I use Yamaha 2R at 32:1
  19. I can beat my buddys' piped and jetted ds650, but my shee is ported with 155psi compression. I don't beat him by all that much, so I'm pretty sure I'd be getting beat without the port work.
  20. Never tried those grips, but OURY grips are super comfy.
  21. I had a 1 ton 4 wheel drive chevy with a 350 in it. When it dropped a valve I put in a 454. The 350 actually ran just as good if not better than the 1978 smog 454 I put in. Big blocks rule, but they aren't anything to shout about unless it's a pre 1971 motor, or it has been built some. The most important thing for a truck motor is don't over cam it. A big cam sounds cool, but it doesn't put out the power untill higher rpms', and thats not what you want in a 4wheel drive. And make sure you match up your carb and intake also. A dual plain low rise intake, with about a 650cfm carb should do it. Most cam companys have a special 4x4 series cam kit. I know comp cams has them. It's really the same as building a street motor, except you want all of your components designed to make power down low. Around here a 454 that runs goes for $700-$1000, and its usually worn out. I would stick with the 350 if it's not worn out. I could go on forever. Just make sure everything is designed to work together in say the 1500 to 4000 rpm range.
  22. Looking for some 10" diameter rear wheels for a banshee. I don't need anything fancy or perfect, just aluminum and not too beat up. I've got some holeshots I want to mount up for drag racing, but they are for 10" wheels. I have pay pal, or maybe some parts to trade.
  23. I think your in for a very fu*#ed up end to your day if you get much air with those shocks. They look sweet, but are gonna be way too stiff. Let us know!
  24. Sorry i forgot to send pics. Let me know if your deal falls through and I'll send them asap. I've got the fatty pipes and power core 2 silencers.
