  1. is that 275 shipped on the fullbore?
  2. I'll dig around for ya tomorrow or friday when i get off work.I think i have a polished cover unless i already sold it.Not sure on the price yet it depends on how good i can get it to polish again,it's been sitting a while.
  3. Word. He's a great buyer also Hey how are you liking that set up man?
  4. Yea,A nos kit on your set up would be a disaster.Having a stock stroke crank probably not welded is my guess isn't gonna help the problem of not being fast enough. With no override it's pointless to have it because you obviously have to shift,No sense in getting a kit if you have to pull the clutch in to shift. There's no time to really hit to the button long enough to get a good shot of nos before you have to shift again. You're crank will eventually separate and that again is another mess of repairs. As stated a descent nos kit will run you 4-500 and you could buy a set of ported cylinders or a 4 mill crank and a cool head for that price and see a hell of a lot more gain in hp and also be more usefull in the long run. I only say this from personal experience kinda being in the same situation you are.I eventually ended up selling it and bought a 4 mill crank and an override. My advice to you is buy a set of ported cylinders and a cool head. You can easily find a good ported top end for under 5.You will be 100% happier with that route than getting a kit with your current set up.It's nice to say you have it but pointless if you can't get the full/best results of it.
  5. I'm guessing so. That clear braided hose is what i use.It was the high heat stuff for washers and shit like that.Never had a problem with it yet.cut it long though and trim it down.that shit doesn't bend very well. You're gonna need to set it in hot water for a few minutes to get it soft and then quickly put it on.
  6. what motor are you running these carbs on?
  7. 250 is a bit steep for them carbs bro. I ran the exact same thing and i couldn't even sell them i had to trade them for some bigger carbs and cash. I think around 175-200 you will have more interest. But good luck on the sale man
  8. Everybody has a different mix ratio. i run 32:1 myself also and run it in all my bikes and my alky motor I think the majority of ppl run 30 and 32:1
  9. img code...from photobucket or image shack or any file sharing site like that.i use photobucket myself...nice lookin shee though for sure
  10. Not to sure what all that is on the bottom man but welcome! lol
  11. yea my bad.i meant I need to toss in bigger sprockets to tighten the slack up because the carrier is already as far back as it can go
  12. Stupid question and i could find out by doing it but the bike isn't in my garage...It's my father in laws.Anyways i put a +4 swinger on and he bought a chain for it but it's got alot of slack when the carrier is all the way back and we took a link out and it's just way to tight even when i move the carrier forward.Question is,He's running 14 41 i think for gearing right now (89),if i throw on a 42 or 43 in the rear will it make a big enough difference to tighten the slack out of it?
  13. That's a good price! Bump for a good guy! You should throw some pictures up man...What's all included? Head, pistons, cyls? Just trying to help ya out man!
  14. By his past post it seems he got it fixed already :geek:
  15. Yea it's a repost and he did jack the price up! Now it includes 4 stickers and uni filters! I had to send this guy an email lol. I wonder if he has a 100% satisfaction gaurantee or your money back with these.I mean he has hundreds of these kits stocked and ready to ship. I wonder how that fan is mounted in that soup can though? Or what was in it...chicken noodle..cream of mushroom...corn? Or if that shit came apart in a thousand pieces like i'm sure it would i wonder if he would pay the rebuild fees? I gotta say though...that is a pretty well put together idea lol It reminds me of that infomercial of that "tornado wind tunnel thingy" that they sold and you put it inside your car or truck air filter or whatever, was supposed to increase hp and gas mileage.

  17. With a nology coil you don't need to run resistor plugs.Switch to b9es.Also did you buy the coil new? I would double check that spark. You have the coil wire grounds grounded correct?i grounded mine to the cylinder head studs and double nutted them.Or can pull the filters/filter and spray a few shots of starting fluid in the carbs at wide open and then fire it up.if it fires up then you know it's a fuel problem and not spark.
  18. Yea Austin is a very cool dude.I've never personally met him but we've bullshitted here and their. He's always willing to lend a hand to help somebody.Glad to see this is happening for him being the situation and decision he made to make the spare change happen for his family.I'm happy to help out any way i can also.
  19. Yea that's not a never before seen pipe before. That's actually manufactured and yes people do buy them.
  20. i got a few parts..pm sent -Steve
  21. yup pretty good deal for sure.TDR or Racers Edge has the pistons and also crank.I would run a big pin crank though...that's a pretty big cylinder
  22. Sounds electrical.Check your grounds at the coil and cdi.You try switching plug wires?Stupid question but your spark plug boots are on tight right? It's happened to me and was he last thing i checked...
  23. These cylinders cost a pretty penny brand new out of the box no porting... $1800 +. So 750 already ported with v force reeds and new sleeves, this is a damn good deal as it sits. Just the cost of re-sleeving and port matching ranges 4-500. Bump for ya bro!
