It can be trued and welded.Now the cost..i havn't a clue.If you have a stock stroke crank.You may be able to just buy a good used T&W crank from Kevin (Herr Jugs Racing).I believe he usually sell em for around 125 or 150 shipped and he trues and welds them.He might work something out with you...good luck

It's just that aircraft remover.they sell it at Murrays or most auto parts stores.it comes in a spray can and also the tin jug.The tin jug is a better deal though.Just brush it on (wearing gloves cuz the shit burns) and wait a few minutes and it starts to bubble and wipe it off

Sounds like clogged fuel injectors.Instead of a constant steady spray of fuel it's doing more of a spitting kind of deal...A buddy of mine worked at Uncle Ed's oil shoppe and i had him clean em.Cost me about 40 bucks but it ran A-1 after that.

All the splines and hubs are tight,no play and not stripped and not bent. On one side the end of the axle where the cotter pin went in was cut off for whatever reason from the previous owner but i drilled the castle nut and also the axle so a cotter pin goes through the nut and the axle with no problems.I've been running it for 6 years with no problems... 100 shipped send me your email for pics

Run a wet kit and i recommend mounting the fogger nozzles in the intakes.personally i preferred billet intakes and i just rdrilled and tapped holes.I fabbed up my own brackets and mounted a little trailer battery box under my seat and used a cordless drill battery for power.it worked like a champ.I also mounded a solid plate across the bolt holes for the gas tank and mounted my NOS on/off switch and my thermostat switch there.Basically the switches were hidden and i pulled the seat to turn it on or off.Then ran the micro switch up to the handlebar. also you will need to run a pingel line for the nos fuel pump.One single line with a T coming off the stock gas line is never gonna work being gravity fed,you will run the bowls dry in a heart beat and as stated you wanna be rich running nos then tune it.Also you will need to back the timing down a bit depending on what shot you are using and your compression. Have fun man.i wish i never sold my kit but it's all good.I'm sure i will get another soon
