  1. just a thought and dont know if it would help or fry ur clutch or whatever but are the bolts u snapped opposite of one another? what if u got heavy duty springs and used them in place of ur stock ones? obviously it would be equal pressure all the way around but...i guess well see what someone else says me personally though i would wait till i had the funds to fix it the right way
  2. ur clutch will probably slip alot...
  3. 430 shipped for all the above! good set up... cmon guys i need moneys!!!
  4. lol.what kinda rocks are smoking? its obvious that the banshees that u ride with probably have a trail port of some sort done by "joe blo" backed up by some fmfs or pro circuits lol hell yea ill agree a piped zilla is pretty damn quick.and for that matter some piped 4 strokes move pretty good too.but i find it hard to believe a stock, piped zilla is gonna whoop on a 10mil,7mil,or even a 4mil lol. hey.i might be wrong, maybe youre just a bad ass rider and them other "banshee" owners dont know the difference. i recall last year i was on the ice,a guy with a stock, piped zilla ran me a few times.my stock drag ported cylinder on pump gas, stock stroked, stock tranny, handed him his ass quite a few times.dont get me wrong,i missed a gear here and there and lost a couple lol.but fact is is when the powerband kicked in and i shot off like a frickin rocket,he was getting pelted by chunks of ice..maybe it was just better studded tires i had, maybe im just a better rider than him, or maybe a stock, piped zilla couldnt keep up. Now maybe u and i just got a few lucky breaks by mopping up some shitty running quads.ive never ran a zilla at the dunes.i just dont go to the dunes enough to run them but there probably isnt many to run against around here.ive seen one run at the dunes and what a sorry sight to see.he didnt have to much for bragging rights so good luck at your next race against a "ported" banshee :yelrotflmao:
  5. also includes stock reeds with rubber intakes for 33mm carbs..and a "boost" bottle if wanted lol :geek: my bad for the extra pics haha
  6. have my old set up.absolutely nothing wrong with this set up at all,ran great minus my carbs not being dialed in haha. included pistons, coolhead, wrist pins bla bla bla..mount and ride set up. i think the bore is at 64 but no more than 64.25 im for sure of. these are half ass polished by me when i had the time  ...paint em,powder coat em,finish em or ride em how they are i dont care just buy em  coolhead has all the orings still good and will include the 19cc domes for race gas and a new set of 22s not even open for regular cylinders have no scars or scratches.. let me know if u want more pics 450 shipped
  7. i should be there engine running permitting
  8. seems like a deal to me. http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcy/856399767.html
  9. sweet,got it done.thanks guys!
  10. ahh yea i forgot about the manual. not gonna run a kill switch though,i already have a tether kill on it
  11. i searched for the topic and couldnt find it.what wires can i cut out of the harness to delete this hack job of taped up plugs and stuff...its a 96 harness...no lights/kill switch.. etc.
  12. im trying to scrape up some change for that axle Austin  Bump!
  13. ill second that, very fast shipping and great deals on great parts.thanks jp
  14. what other bolt ons are u considering? besides advancing ur timing,a coolhead, jetting and pipes...theres only so much u can gain on a set of stock port cyls with basic bolt ons...something to consider in the long run and as far as welding ur crank yea its a great idea and it will def save hastle in the near future, but for the riding your talking about with pipes, trail port cyls etc. a good stock crank should hold with that hp.
  15. ive ridden my drag port cyls on open trails.like stated the power is like a light switch compared to a trail/woods port. i would ask your buddy who ported them and what for. imo, porting is always better than bolt ons.it seems u have a decent amount of bolt ons already.if u do go with the ported cyls..why not get a cool head with some 18-19cc domes for some good compression and run some race gas and still get the adjustable timing plate +4. sounds like a nice trail shee to me
  16. my bad,the domes with the cool head are 19cc not 18s.... still have the crank, coolhead, and both sets of domes 19s and 22s
  17. haha i have the same prob on my trail bike,i know my carbs arent in sinc though thats for sure.i also get the coolant overflow every now and then after shee takes a good beating,i just cant seem to take my thumb off the throttle
  18. SOLD! thanks Austin
  19. your best bet would be getting those at your local shop...
  20. stock crank good cond with bearings-$95 pro design cool head good cond with 18cc domes,o-rings still on it- $110---no studs sorry 22cc pro design domes, new in package- $45 all off of my running bike
  21. damn man.i probably would have burned it down to the ground by the 3rd page of this topic! good luck man
  22. SOLD pending payment!
  23. whats it to you anyways? if youre not interested in the mans items, why put in your .02 that doest benefit anybody for shit... times are hard for some people, not everyone can afford a good set up at a descent price,or just are not looking for that type of set up in all...it doesnt mean hes asking to much. keep searching the forumns,im sure you can find something else thats more sensible to argue about
