  3. Jack it up & run it, & see if that shows anything outa round?
  4. ^^ & down load Tapatalk for pic's
  5. I would not go over 4° on a new-build, especially when you don't know what the original problem was. also since you don't know what the original problem was , I would check your squish and do a leak down test , when done assembling. Got pics of old Carnage?
  6. Swap carbs & see if it follows... But it's possible one cyl likes more fuel , basically can be treated as 2 separate eng's
  7. Idk this is the last I heard about it...but, if you check it with a meter you'll know & you'll narrow it down to lights or power problem
  8. No they're LEDs and you're running them off of AC. verify that you're getting the right power to your lights and then go from there Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  9. Choking both carbs?, Pilot might be too lean, unplug lights & put a meter on wire harness Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

  17. Don't go off topic now Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  18. Iirc, you usually have to do a little bit of triming. ( Might be for stock covers tho... Just don't freak out if it doesn't fit perfectly. FYI also, they sell different ones for a different sprocket size ranges. so before you trim, make sure you got the right one Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  19. What did you use like an RV AC DC converter or super low amp converter like a phone charger? Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  20. Elaborate. AC DC converter as in rectifier? Yes you will need a regulator as well , most use combined reg/rec unit Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  21. No, stock location is under the seat Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  22. You can look and see what he has for a voltage regulator if it's stock or if it's an aftermarket rectifier/ regulator... You don't have to have the battery like the JL... it's nice but, with the Floated ground and the rectifier, the stator/rectifier just runs your DC circuit separately, ie. your lights Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
  23. Flywheels easy just get the proper puller &. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.jlengineering.org/banshee-stator-dc-convers.html&ved=2ahUKEwim-vKnov7kAhVMuVkKHT1jBJYQFjABegQIBhAC&usg=AOvVaw3E_JrHzB5K7vNrG8Ncpd1I&cshid=1570043108666 Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
