Windows are @ wot usually you need to get longer cap screw/ cable inserts, but That'll make it worse. I dont think it'll hurt to go above windows, just check sync at window when they line up.

Why did you clean them?
Put choke tube back on?
slides in correct carb?
If it pops off with spray, your not getting fuel...open drain & make sure bowls are full, if so re-clean carbs

Might want to take a measurement in case you need to drill it out and redo it. so you don't drill too deep.
And put a center dimple in it, while it's still soft.

I would clean it real good. use a tiny amount of silicone or something similar to seal the very End of the hole, to stop it from leaking anymore, let it dry
After it's dried good. clean it again, scar up the hole (more horizontally, than vertically) so your epoxy of choice will stick, and use devcon ,JB Weld... if it doesnt work you can re do it & fill it up untill that whole cavity is full if needed

Did you pull it apart to fix, or that is a random pic. ?Hi poeplo.
My Banshee have leaks at the lower crankcase like you can see in the viedo. I think those leaks come fron holes on crank bearings housing like I pointed on the pics.
Anybody know how I can solve those leaks? Thanks.
