  2. Does anyone have a RMATV code they're not gonna use? I'm placing a rather large order and anything will help.
  3. Quadpro26 probably has what you're looking for.
  4. Quadpro26 had a great frame, but it wouldn't work for the direction I want to go with my build. Hell of a nice guy though and quick with the pics. I'm still looking. Nastyracing I'll hit you up Saturday when I get back to the states.
  5. All PM's have been returned. Quadpro26 was the first up, so I'm going to see if that deal sticks. If it doesn't I'll be getting another. At a minimum I'd like some detailed pics of the frame. Preferrably one of the pics with the VIN visible and a pic of the title with matching VIN. I don't think that's too much to ask for. Lately it's been like pulling teeth to get this info from a seller. LOL. Info can be sent to grpark20@yahoo.com Like I said though Quadpro26 has honors right now.
  6. I'm bored so digging up old threads....2011 F-150 Lariat Limited and 7x14 enclosed trailer
  7. Damn auto correct....Same will go when I build my shee as far as getting scratched. I'm building a shee not a shed....LOL
  8. Yes....I travel to get to the dunes. Going to Little Sahara, OK in March. Doing St. Anthony and Glamis in late 2013 or early 2014. I also have a 09 YFZ 450R that I currently dune with and it's a Cadillac, but I'm itch'n to build another shed. To keep my sanity I ride a 07 Honda Rancher local. If my 450 can get scratched I don't ride it. Some will go for my shee when I build it. God help me if and when I get stationed in Cali.....
  9. I'm honestly not worried about weight, but I figured while I'm building it why not lighten it. The priority for me is to make it look nice versus the weight savings. I personally think the bolt on/weld sub frames look better than a stocker cleaned up.
  10. Thanks for the info. I thought red loctite solved all problems for bolts coming loose.
  11. How much lightening can you do on a dune bike frame so that it's still safe? What about bolt on sub frame for a dune bike? I'm building/starting a build for a strictly dune bike. No dragging, hill shooting, or anything too crazy. Bike I plan on building will have 70 hp max with +2+1 arms and +2 swinger. So how much lightening can I do and will a bolt on sub frame hold up? What's your opinion? Thanks.
  12. I'm starting a build and looking for a titled a-arm frame. Preferably want a frame that doesn't have any stripped holes....at least no stripped holes on the main frame. Sub frame will be coming off, so don't really care about it. Also need the frame to not have the steering stem bearing nut welded in, powdered over, etc. Just need a good frame to start with. I'm looking for this frame preferably in the North Eastern part of the US or 5 hours away from 08641. If you're not in that window just shoot me what you've got with a price shipped to 08641.
  13. Windy's response I can definitely respect. Knowing me though I'll build this shee within the next year before I ever go overseas. I'll build another when/if technology advances significantly.
  14. Believe it or not....in a glass case in my house. I'm in the military and plan on doing a long stent overseas. I still need to scratch my itch with the shee though. I plan to build a shee motor before I go overseas and build the rest of the shee when I get back. I expect to be gone anywhere from 3-8 years. Hence the original question...
  15. I'm looking for a set of 10" rims in a honda bolt pattern...4/110. Hell I'll even take 10" rims that have been drilled to fit a honda. Let me know what you got.
  16. Let's say I'm going to start a 2 year shee project and want to do the engine first...Once the engine is 100% and sitting on a stand how long could I let it sit before any negative affects happen. During assemble I'd use assembly lube and 2-stroke oil to properly lube everything so I don't burn up seals on first start. While it's sitting I'd put the crankcase oil in too. So what are your thoughts if this sat for a year or two?
  17. I'm leaning towards the 4 mil. Worst case I just get it trail ported for the stroke so there's room to grow.
  18. I'm honestly afraid of the 4 mil. I did a 4 mil from Jeff with port to match and 35's on a +4 and it wasn't rideable for me. Not in a negative way, just way to much power for me to dune on all day. I may just be a biatch though? Jeff gave me exactly what I wanted, I just thought I was a better rider than I really was.
  19. I'm getting back into the shee again an need your opinion on which will be more reliable and rideable.... Option 1 is 4 mil with trail port to match stroke and all bolt ons. 28mm carbs and +2 swinger. Option 2 is stock stroke crank with play port with all bolt ons. 28mm carbs and +2 swinger Bike will be a dune bike. I don't care about hp numbers, only about ride ability and reliability. I've already built a shee before that was over the top and forms wasn't rideable due to the power. Let me know what you think.
  20. I have a set of black rims off my 09 YFZ 450R for sale. They'll fit almost all Yamaha's. They have some dings in them but are 100% straight and hold air. One Valve stem is missing from one front rim. Rim sizes are 10x5 front with 3+2 offset and rear are 9x8 with 5+3 offset. I was going to get them powder coated but for the price of powder near me it made more since to buy new. Looking to get $100 + actual shipping. Rims are located at 08641.
  21. Thanks for the info. Im 70/30 Little Sahara over Silver Lake.
