  1. I would try putting a new oem berring and seal for the water pump shaft. That is the only other place it can really leak in to the transmission. Make sure you put the seal in the right way too. What kind of impeller is it. I have heard of Mod Quad's being to soft and the Seal wears a groove in the shaft and it leaks coolant in to the transmission. josh
  2. So is the out of state tag red or green sticker too? Or would a out of state 2006 banshee be considered green sticker.
  3. I wondered how they funded those little 10X10 roofs and trash cans they have off the highway every 10 miles
  4. I run IPONE because it is 18 bucks a Quart.
  5. I run a Hindson because I found it new for 140 shipped on ebay.
  6. I have both. Shifts good.
  7. Yea one on between the calipar and hose and one between the hose and bolt head.
  8. So what happens to people from out of state go riding at a state park? Like LS
  9. Nothing like being forced to look at some ones photo album every time they post.
  10. You should be able to use a regular oring. The domes are the only different ones.
  11. You need to get a set of cascade reed stuffers. They make the reeds have a big square opeaning to match the intake.
  12. Get a thermostat housing from a 2001-2005 raptor 660 . They just splice in to the rad hose.
  13. There is no comparison. TM Designworks all the way.
  14. You can run 28mm carbs with stock intakes but I would just get a Boss or White Knuckle Racing intake with built in crossover tube. They are not just for looks. They move the carbs up and back so the bowl doesnt hit on the clutch arm. They also clean up the area because you dont have an external cross over tube or boost bottle. Plus if you need to replace the carb boots they are 15 bucks from Dennis Kirk.
  15. Only do 1 adjustment at a time. Otherwise you will chase things around for ever.
  16. No mine is dry. That is going to be a pain after enough oil builds up. Look like crap. josh
  17. Yea dont get the hot rods gasket kit because it has the spacer plate in it. Just get a normal gasket kit. Call Noss Machine about the domes. He will hook you up with what you need. Cut domes is a better choice over running the spacer plate. josh
  18. I would get a crank from jeff. His price is going to be just as good as vitos, and your getting a Hot Rod Crank that has already been tested over time. I dont think anybody is going to tell you that the Vitos crank is better than the hot rods crank. josh
  19. Let us know if it is the difference that you were looking for.
  20. 35 2 in to 1. If you think you need a bigger carb than that, then your shee would probably be better off with dual 33's.
  21. I would say that that grill has to be blocking about 90% of the air flow. Might as well put a pice of carboard over the entire radiator.
  22. Take it from the man who has done it himself. 660 raptor has better suspension, and it has the room to fit a taller engine. Maybe Locogato will post some pics of his.
  23. Sounds like toomey is just trying to sell you there parts. IF there 2:1 filter made more power then why dont you see them on drag banshees.
  24. Yea I trail ride mine. It isnt that bad if you use a good lever and cable. You can use it with a billit basket. I use mine with a Hindson but they will work with all baskets. If your running a billit pressure plate then I am not to sure about that. If your running one call direct drive ans see what they say. Direct Drives Web Page LINK What kind of modds do you have. Most of the time HD springs are good. I have a drag ported 4 mill stroker with cpi pipes. I could probably get away with HD springs but I like the look. I just run the stock springs and let the lockup to the work. When I am drag racing it kind of lets it slip out of the hole a little then when it gets going wham its locked up. Another mod you need is a Pancake Berring. It keeps the rod and ball from welding. Get the cascade innovations one. It is easier to adjust the clutch than other ones. It replaces the adjuster in the stock pressure plate Pancake Bearing from Cascade LINK
  25. That one would be good too, but I like the flashy clear Slurpy Machine.
