And yes, there was a batch that the jig was off due to operator error. It cost me a measily 20 freakin grand in product... since then there is a sign off sheet to check and re-calibrate the jig if needed after every 5th one.. But rest assured, he was there on Friday to collect his 600 dollar check... I felt like breaking his head with one of the arms... That was about 8-10 months ago. Thanks
