Do they make a small bore out of frame drag pipe or are all out of frames considered big bore

either i believe would work. my riding buddy has carpal tunnel and he uses the cascade thumber. he said its way better then stock. cascade has 2 designs, straight or curved to your thumb. the straigher (old design) i believe reaches out a little further so might be somthing to look at. :ninja:

those must be the knockoff d-slide carbs. they should work fine, you might loose a little lowend but you will also rev out a tad higher. let me know what you think of them when you run them, ive been curious :ninja:

i wouldnt fuck with boring stockers. they get real finiky to tune and as mentioned cant even get to a true 28. just spend the money and get 28pwks! :ninja:

i run 3 gal of 110 octane and 2 gal of supreme. run at sealevel on the coast. plugs were on the verge of lean but more like the right one far from the left one...? motors coming out in the morning so ill find out then :ninja:

installed my new noss head (19cc) and rode for 2 days in sand. ran perfect, never had any noise whatsoever come from my engine before install. end of second day i lined up and started to drag a buddy but bike wouldnt get into powerband and started making unusual noise i belive from cylinder area. bike has VERY few hours, pistons, cylinders looked and felt flawless when i installed head. being i had to limp back to camp i found that bike ran fine, minus the noise, up until it would reach powerband. like i said, bike ran perfect and this happened all of the sudden. dont belive its "blown up" and from what i felt has good compression. possible piston slap? possible broken or sucked in reed (VF3's)? SUGGESTIONS PLEASE? would like to have somewhat of an idea what to look for while im tearing down. my mods are k&n pods, t5, vf3, noss 19cc head :ninja:

cascadeinnovations.net has the replacement bulbs. i know of a buddy who rode 1 ride and the light was burned out when he got back. he contacted trailtech and they sent him both replacement lights no problem :ninja:

PWR is a good radiator and they are cheaper then the ProDesign. I dont think Toomey makes radiators anymore even through they still have them on their webpage (thats what i was told my local shop but not confirmed) if they do i have always liked the Toomey radiator :ninja:

cascade clamps are for the head pipe to the stinger. you want the stinger to silencer so there is no clamp to use but there should be an o-ring in the back end of the silencer to seal up to the stinger. maybe go to cpi webpage and fine replacement or try the high temp stuff and see if it works. :ninja:
