Loosen the adjustment on the clutch perch, push in the actuator arm under the left carb with your finger until it meets resistance, then adjust the adjuster screw on the pressure plate so that the spot where the arm meets the resistance is lined up with the arrows on the arm and the case. Tighten the jam nut and take up the rest of the cable slack with the perch adjustment leaving a very small amount of play on the clutch lever.
