Damn dude, that's crazy. Who cut that down? They definately took too much off the outside, looks thin as hell. I know you said you didn't want to say, but it might really help out someone, if they had the same person do theirs. Good luck bro!

If only you were closer to NJ....

TO MY REGULARS, AND ANYONE THAT SERIOUSLY

Hey, what's up, if you could shoot me a price on the wheels, also, if you get the carrier, sprocket and rotor hubs apart, lemme know, I'm sure we can work something out on those, I still need them, and I'll send some more loot to cover shipping, etc. Thanks man! -
Hey, what's up. Was just wondering if anyone had an extra rear sprocket hub. I really need the newer 5 bolt style one, with good splines. I'm not really picky on what it looks like, or even if it has the sprocket on it or not, as long as the studs and splines are good. If you could shoot me a price, that would be awesome. Thanks,

New Mexico, arent banshees best suited for desert racing?

Holy double post! http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=69880 Yeah, they strip really easy so you don't damage the flywheel threads, you just ruin the flywheel puller. I ruined the first one I had in 2 shots, but I used the one I have now about 4 or 5 times. Rockymountainatv.com has them the cheapest I've seen.

Yeah, right, it's like a worse version of NJ. If I had squatters on my land I'll tell ya what I'd do, law or no law.

Right on, I've seen some blingin' YFZs on PS that people wanted to trade for shee(hmm I wonder why?) Anyway, if you wanted to get the most $$$ for it, you would be 10 times better to art it. Chances are your not going to find someone who has the exact same tastes and riding style as you, so that is a big loss in the price right there. I havent parted out a bike, yet. But here a stock banshee goes for between 12-1800 and on a part out, your around 2 gs for everything. If you have the time and the know how it would probably be worth it to part it. Edit: If your really from Italy, I don't know if you would be better to part it out or not, I'm not sure what the market is like over there.

Ohhh, I've picked up my share of day laborers that didn't smell like anything wonderful, and most certainly didnt have an adress. Hey, you gotta start somewhere. I realize that unfortunate things do happen, but you shouldnt put yourself in a position where it easy to become homeless given a tradgedy. So I would kind of have to say, that you shouldnt really put yourself in that position to begin with, unless it is an extreme circumstance.

Damn, my girl keeps finding out about my love of Bukake, from the computer somehow, you think this will help me? Fuckin' spammers

I just read this on Yahoo, and I didn;t know what to think of it. It doesnt surprise me that it happened in CA. Here's the link http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20061123/ap_on_.../homeless_raids I think these people arent legal residents wherever they're living at, and if they don't like having they're junk thrown away, get a friggin' job. I mean if I would enjoy all of the rights that everyone else did, why would I bother working? No? Maybe I'm getting a little insensitive.

Cool man, where are you located? What size carbs did you run with it? Also, how much were you looking to get for it?
-
When I put mine back on, I tapped a grease fitting into the carrier, and I also put some anti-seize on the splines of the rotor hub and sprocket hub. Should be a little easier, to take apart next time that way.

You can't go wrong with the TTR, it's the classic wife/gf bike. She might have a tough time learning on it, but should be anything major. The TTR is a heavy bike to pick up after dropping a few times though. I used to have a YZ 125, and I'm a smaller guy, 5'6" and 140lbs. I could only stradle it on my toes, and if I happened to stop on a incline, I would surely set it down. Needless to say there wasn't a lot of stopping. I fared pretty well on it, but I would loose my balance on trails in some of the slower sections even after riding for a while. I would definately get another one, but just let her know she will be dumping it, and picking it up quite often until she gets the hang of it on trails. I have my 80 now, I only paid $300 for it, and I love it on the trails, it's not gonna keep up with anything other then utility quads, but I beat around on it and have a good time. I only sold my 125 cause I got offered a good amount for it, and I can't ride it in the snow. I plan on getting another one soon though, hopefully something newer. I probably wouldnt reccomend a 2 stroke bike for someone whos never ridden before though.

Did you have to run race gas with that head? Also, how is the low end on them, any good for trails or are they mostly top end? Thanks,

Ok, I had this tank for a while, and I mounted in the back orignally using a fender washer in the bolt. This doesnt seem right because the fender washers still arent big enough, and they are the biggest ones out there. Here is a pic of the bolt, and the spots I'm talking about I tried calling IMS and the lady I talked to told me to use the stock hardware. The rubber boots inserts don't really fit, and I couldnt really find a way to tmake them. Cut them maybe? I was just wondering how you guys made them work? Is there a mounting kit for the tanks. Also in the pics you can see I had to use zip ties to hold the fenders together. The holes on the tank definately arent right either, but I don't mind so much about that. As always, thanks,

That's what I figured, I love the -1 up front. I like the low end, we do some nasty hill climbs too, so I do;t mind having the at most the first 2 gears as granny gears. I'll probably end up trying some different combos. I want to stick with the -1 up front, but I wasnt sure wethter to order a 41 or bigger for the back. I have a decent amount of torque as it is, the +4 timing and milled ehad should help enough with the low end.

That isnt weak IMO, it is the god's honest truth, you have the right to say pretty much whatever you want, except for fire in a crowded building. And yeah, to a certain extent you should have the balls to back up what you say, but that is the beautiful thing about this country, you are free to speak your mind even if it is unpopular. I think alot of people view that site as playing on sterotypes, and it certainly comes off that way to me. The best bet to do away with stereotypes wouldnt be to make fun of them, but ignore them, if they're not true. You want to knock this guy for using racial slurs, and upholding prejudice thoughts, but on the same hand you want to use sterotypes to your benefit on your site. Nearly everyone has admitted to having predjudice thoughts, etc etc. but, nearly everyone has admitted to it being wrong. I don't see where your coming off with this "shame on you" attitude, when your guilty yourself. I know nobody ever agrees with anyone your arguing against, but maybe you'll take it with some legitamacy even if you don't admit it. Just my .02

Got a pic of those stator covers? Thanks!
-
I'm not going to sit here and argue, but that is this guy's right if he wants to do that. It is most definately covered under the first amendment. If that's what he wants to say, fuck him, let him say it. Who wrote the stereotype about Mexicans listed in that website in your signature? Isnt that an example of prejudice, and it would appear that you are supporting it by linking to it. I personally don;t give two shits if it's about whoever, but I just think it appears a little hypocritical and that's where a lot of people are comin' from.

Isn't Michael Rischards a jew?

Ok, it's finally time to go ahead and put some sprockets on my 2001 build. I had a -1 up front, which I think was 12, possibly 13. Anyway, I wanted to go up a couple teeth on the rear for a little more low end. I ride mostly trails, some of which can be tight, and I'll go to the track sometimes, but it's nothing wide open. I was wondering what gearing combos yall like, and how you ride? I don't wanna be messing around changing sprockets too much after I have this thing together, so your input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

Hey now! That hit a little close to home. :yelrotflmao:
