  1. Are you serious dude? Your going to come on a public forum where people are more then willing to help you, and are very polite, and not even have the common courtesy to type in a readable language? Come on, I can barely make out what your saying. Here's what I got: Where can I get cheap nerfs? What's up with billet grills? For the cheap nerfs try ebay or the for sale forums. The billet grills are all over the place. ebay and modquad.com. And no, they won't hurt your bike, they won't help it either, unless you want it to look cooler.
  2. Wow, that's talent, don't think I could put together a banshee on 9 bucks an hour even if I worked 80 hours a week! The motor looks good too. If it were me, I'd quit that 9 an hour job and polish motors for some cash!
  3. Ehh, I'm glad you like your full flights, but the general consensus on here is to steer clear of them. I've heard from a few people the welds look weak. Also, the company that makes them went by a few other names before, and had to chagne it's name due to problems with their arms. I picked up a used set of LSRs for like 350 shipped, awesome chrome, and good BJs. If you watch e-bay and the for sale forums here you should be able to find a good deal.
  4. I'm not an expert on the laws. But I always thought that any vehicle with an axle and no differential was prohibited by federal law. I have been told this by a few cops. Don't know how true it is, but in order for states to get federal funding for highways they must abide by a few basic laws, this being one of them. Whenever you see street legal kits, or conversions they always use a single wheel in the back with a sport bike style swingarm. This would be the biggest obstacle I would think, aside from many many many others.
  5. The same place this thread will be in a few days.
  6. Yo! Got a buddy interested in a frame, just wanted to know what the deal was with the yellow one. Everything straight? No stripped bolts? Got a title? Lemme know,
  7. Can't get near 2000 out here on the east coast. It's the 2002 listed in my sig. I bought it minus the IMS tank, and AC nerfs. You want it for 1800? Come and get it. I'd be happy if I saw 1600 for it. I'll be selling/trading/parting it for sure in the spring. Big difference from east and west coast. Most guys use these bikes for dunes and drags, don't really have any dunes, or very many drags out here. The YFZs go for more here along the most other 4 strokes.
  8. You got a pic of that frame bro?
  9. Whoops! Yeah, if you haven't rolled a banshee you havent been riding hard enough. Hope you decide to jump back on!
  10. Does that have mounting tabs for skid plates?
  11. 2gs for a bike that needs work? Also, I can't 100% tell, but from the pic it looks mostly stock with pipes and a graphics kit. Maybe you have reeds or something too. A bike like that would probably fetch around 1100-1400 in good shape, in the north east. Banshees arent in demand around here. Out west you might be able to get more. I bought a running 2002 for 1100 in good shape(but this was a good deal), just to give you an idea.
  12. Must have missed that post.
  13. Nice one. There are a lot of kids that show up here, and try to make up stories to get attention. Just keepin' 'em honest.
  14. Nice, if I was closer I'd definately be doing some dealing. NB Canada is way too far out of my way. I'd love to have a Power Valve setup on my project shee. For all those asking the differences , check this guy's web page. http://www.geocities.com/kiwi_craig/Bnashee.htm Should explain a lot on the differences between the banshee engine, and the RZ engine, and it's advantages.
  15. Not really an MX bike, more so woods, or GNCC, but I'll ride the MX tracks in south jersey. This is my temp bike. I'm building a 2001 this winter, which will be a lot nicer. Until then, I'm rockin' this: And the one I'm building so far:
  16. Location? Also got pics?
  17. Yeah, that is a good price, about 50 bucks chepaer then the next best price. Might just be time to order! Good look!
  18. I wouldnt argue with you one bit, but after the wrecked bike is sitting at your house for months, I would think you would take pictures then....... I have posted pictures of my wrecks. I see too too many crazy ass stories go without photos. It's easy to talk, it's hard to back it up.
  19. How bout a Blaster?
  20. Dude, you really should pick up a Clymer shop manual, especially if you plan onm working on the bike yourself. There are a few good actual pictures of the insides of the carb in there. It will be the best $30 you spend on your bike!
  21. Riiiiiiiiiiiiight
  22. I'd dial it up if I were you, what's the worst he could do, tell you to call back later cause he's busy fuckin' his sister. At least he'll know your serious about getting your money back.
  23. Damn, in a blaster frame too! I probably would have picked a better frame at least.
  24. Nice bro, bump for ya, just wondering how you polished them(if you did). I want to give my stockers some shine.
