  1. You can't jet by plug color if you run race gas. The toluene in the gas will not cause an accurate reading. You have to go by feel. Go rich until it slows down, and lean it out till it speeds back up.
  2. Wasn't me, but you did back me up in another thread when I said the same thing to someone else about trail pipes.
  3. A bike can run great with anything (by owners definition), but unless you try something else, you will never know how much better it could have ran.
  4. This guy acts a lot like sloryder.
  5. when you switched th ecoil did you re-use your old coil caps, or get new ones?
  6. I think the fatty will work better than a pt mid for what most people will want to see. The PT mid will probably hit real hard right of the start and fall of quick (what us idiot hole junkies like). The fatty will be similar to a T5 for output.
  7. Procom is a manufacturer.
  8. no, the nuts need to rotate more than 3mm when you tighten them. Read the manual.
  9. you have to tightent the inside nut to the carrier just enough to take the slack out (around 40 ft lbs). Then tighten the outside nut to the inside nut (around 100-140 ft lbs). You then mark the inside nut and back the inside nut off and tighten it agains the outside nut so it moves at least 3mm. I can't remeber the exact specs. If you just tighten the nuts agains the carrier really tight, you will ruin the axle bearings.
  10. I have spent that much with them in the last 18 years. two different owners, but still spent it with cascade. I buy customer parts from them.
  11. Plus in house polishing!
  12. You can't just tighten them up, they will come loose again. You need to follow the manual spec to do it.
  13. Shipping to my house is 1 day because they are in Oregon and I live in Washington. I don't pay anything extra for the 1 day service. I spend a fortune with them because I get a deal on parts. They have cases IN STOCK, we had them powdercoated and up to us in 6 business days. Everyone knows Cascade's chrome is the best and it is Epic. I have always received excellent service from them, even when I was a new customer. So has everyone else I ride with.
  14. Grommets for a coolant bottle bracket that I put in the battery boxes I build. Any OEM banshee part you can think of in stock and shipped out same day. Transit time on shipping to my home in 1 day. Guys and gals who know me by name when I call. A brand new set of cases in candy blue powdercoat. The best looking chrome in the United states. Do you want me to keep going?
  15. I would never buy a molded tire for the rear, or v paddles, they are a waste of money in my opinion. I say at least a Skat trak hauler for the rear, and a single ribbed front tire like the kenda dune runner.
  16. After riding a serval with a +4 swingarm, I would never want to ride one with less than a +6 swingarm. Especially in trails!
  17. I have me, shane, jenn, shaun, David Sr., David jr, Scott, and Shane's dad. We have 4 spots right now near 56, may downsize to 3 spots.
  18. Any of you guys going to the Oregon HQ ride in April?
  19. the nozzle is the thing the needle slides into. the slide cutout is stamped into the slide. If your asking that stock banshee jets will work in the carb, yes, but only the main jets will work.
  20. It is gonna be a bit before we got the numbers. Still at LEAST a week out from Dyno testing. It is together, we just need to have the time to test it now.
