  1. Well, probably 11 or 12 paddle 22x11x8 skat trak ultra lites.
  2. Dune Runners may be just the worst straight paddles there are. Whats done to your bike, and what is the fearing you want to run?
  3. 22x11x8 12 paddle ultra lites.
  4. Dyno sheet peak hp numbers are useless to base information on when deciding your pipes. There are so many variables that can decide what pipe works best where. Modifications to your bike play a large role in this. Dyno sheets will show you the basic power curve of a pipe, but modifications to your bike can change this curve. You also need to pick a pipe that works with your mods, but the pipe may hamper your performance if you dont choose wisely. So you need to tell us any performance stuff done to the bike, where you ride mostly, and what you would like the bike to run like.
  5. The ignition side of the stator is in no way connected to the lighting side. You will never get the hella's to be bright though, you will be constantly loading the stator and even run the risk of melting stator wiring down on the case.
  6. Stock stator is 100watts max output at like 6,000rpm. Your gonna be running 110 watts with the 500's. So, I say no, wont work.
  7. we use a radar gun. Usually see about 80 mph on sand.
  8. I started with a 110 volt marquette, now Im a pro. Miller, lincoln, and marquette all make nice entry level mig machines.
  9. We cut up stock pipes and make new single cylinder pipes out of them.
  10. Sounds like the flywheel has a cracked internal magnet. Watch the pickup when its kicked over and see if your getting spark on every pass of the magnets on the flywheel. The flywheel can get cracked if you hit it with a hammer or drop it. You wont be able to see the crack in the magnet.
  11. Space out the pipe with washers on the hanger bolt. Had the same problem with my power pro inframe drag pipes and tm billet adjustable hangers. More than likely this is happening because the jig at toomey got a little out of whack when they made the pipes.
  12. Worst case scenario, take the engine out and turn it upside down.
  13. No they wont. The stator manufacturers and cdi manufacturers are different and wont work. Early models are mitsubishi cdi's, later models are denso.
  14. RZ500 is a yamaha.
  15. The rz350 engine will bolt into a banshee frame. It uses a different cdi setup though, and it has powervalves. The even cooler bikes were the tz500. Then there was the tz750. Big Banshee Motor. Basically two side by side as a 4cyl.
  16. Those components are pretty pourus in places. Usually my cousin wire wheels them, then sands them with sandpaper, then he starts the buffing with rouge on the electric buffer. In the end he gets the mirror finish with some gold old regular polishing compound and a rag by hand. Careful of mating surfaces, dont round em off or gouge them.
  17. I run the 20cc at sea level on 92 octane also, sorry forgot to post that.
  18. 87-94 stator, will only work with 87-94 cdi's. You my friend have a 87-94 stator there in the picture.
  19. for 92 octane pump gas my educated guess would be a 21cc dome, maybe a 20cc.
  20. Wiseco usually cnc's the pro lite pistons to about the most material you can safely take off the skirt and pin boss area.
  21. If you go under 13t in the front you will have some serious chain guide wear on the front swingarm guide.
  22. There are some cool heads that use stock studs, but the pro design has to use longer ones.
  23. I have 20cc domes on a stock motor, gauge says it is 168psi. Approximate Cranking Compression These pressures are estimates based on fresh stock bore, piston, porting, and deck height. It is recommended to check your compression after installation.
