  1. Which fmf pipes are on it?
  2. I have a spare.
  3. You want to go to coos bay. I would try to stay in Horsfall campground. Make sure its horsfall and not horsfall beach or Horsfall odnra sandcamp. Horsfall has asphalt sites, bathrooms, and showers. Other places to stay are the beach campground, bull run sand camp, the KOA, sand dunes frontier, spinreel, and the day use sites. I personally already have reservations for the 3 holiday weekends at horsfall, thats my favorite place.
  4. The stator wiring will be different.
  5. if its rough it will tear up the axle carrier seal, let water in and seize the bearings. Once that hapeens you will never get the axle out in a reusable condition.
  6. most of the manuals will show routing diagrams.
  7. Sounds to me like the cases are warped. You have to send them to falicon and have them line bored.
  8. well, sounds like you got screwed.
  9. I ran my old ported 350 against a banshee with a cbr 900rr motor a few years bike. I lost by about a bike length and a half in a 100 yard drag race. 2 weeks ago at sandlake there was a guy with a Raptor 660 and R1 in it. He was winning drag races against mini strokers and my bike beating us by about a bike length. The point is, these street bike conversion quads dont run real great, they dont put the power to the ground that the shee motor will. Not to mention when a 4 or 7 mill cheetah thats putting 100-110 hp whomps your ass, they are gonna laugh you off the hill cause you got beat by a 460cc two stroke twin. Here is one major obstacle to look at. Your gonna want to run about a 22 inch tire with a serious amount of paddles on it. What are you going to do for a rear sprocket? Its gonna need to be bigger than a damn beachball to gear the bike low enough to even use the first three gears.
  10. Well you definitely made yourself sound like a rookie. Pound for pound and dollar to dollar building a shee based engine is going to be the most cost effective and work the best. Sure there are lots of guys who try the street bike engine thing, but they never do it right. It takes more than just putting the motor in the bike. 25% of the race is the motor. Another 50% is the rider. The last 25% is the tuning and setup. Just cause you put 123 hp motor in the chassis, doesn't mean it is going to make 123hp, or even put it all down to the ground. All the guys who run big engines succesfully, have put alot of money into it. Thats what it takes to make a drag quad.
  11. I would buy from a guy who knows how to spell Carburetor.
  12. more than likely its not an ac short on the stator, it would be in the harness.
  13. Are you positive on that? cause I have three sets of pt mids, and all 3 have the flanges with o-rings in them. I am about 99.9% positive they come with the o-ring flanges now.
  14. I put pro circuits on his bike.
  15. unground it then. I got a feeling you have an exposed ac wire somewhere that when the lights are off its trying to go to ground through the frame and making the ground on the bike non-existent. Is your harness all wrapped and taped up?
  16. What do you mean by retrofitting? Cascade built the silencer stingers.
  17. I put em on ebay. Ebay Link
  18. I dont know what he meant. bottom of the cylinders?
  19. maybe 5mm of the cylinder deck is what he meant?
  20. you either wired something wrong or have a cross short.
  21. I found some intake boots. PM me your address so I can see how much it will cost to ship them.
  22. Do you ride in sand? If you want to run the stock airbox then run it. I have no clue if those carbs will work with it or not.
  23. yeah, that looks like a banshee out of frame even. So they are just aftermarket banshee cylinders.
  24. Tmx has a powerjet.
