    Stock gearing is a good setup. If you want alittle more down low, drop down to a 13 in the front.

    I have never broke any plates, But from what I have read, everyone on here seems to swear buy a FAST clutch. I got one last week but havent got around to installing it yet.

    I think that there are videos of this on youtube, those bikes are no joke. If i remember correctly the banshee gets smoked, if you bike has some mods and you are setup correctly and can ride Good, you should be able to hold your own, but if not your fucked I say, grab your balls and line them up. Make sure some1 is on video duty bc we all wanna see..

    Swap out spark plug boots, coil, stator, check all connects. Do a compression test and see what happens

    Some more info Please. what yr bike did they come off? What are the dings from? How did the bike run before u took it apart, is there bad scorring/scratches on the walls thanks

    Sal these are the same ones that are on my bike, except these mount to the handle bars. You would have to buy the bracket. Stock stator is fine

    Jim has also built 2 motors for me. Like stated above, there is a reason for such a long turn around time from the big guys. If you are in now rush, it will be worth the wait. Jim does great work, his motors run REAL hard. He is tuff to get in touch with sometimes, but he always comes through :thumbsup: Let us kno which route you decide to take..

    What gearing are you running that u pulling 135pmh I have no doubts in Passions work, as I have 2 motors built by him, but this just sounds rediculous

    No the pistons where in the bike when he got it. Just decided to freshen her up a bit so he got some new rings and what not. New rings/old rings still 180psi. It didnt change What else would case a knocking noise? The bike runs strong, I say rock that bitch till it blows up and then start fresh with something bigger and badder

    Bike looks great. Nice makeover. My opinion, your next best mod should be replacing those tires. I had them, they where on my bike when i bought it. They do last forever, but they are heavey as hell and dont hook for shit. You will be very happy with just about any other tire out there. Bike looks nice though

    Sal but we dont know how long the bike was low on oil also. I dont kno if that could have anything to do with the noise we are hearing. The bike is 80. over with fresh rings/hone and 182psi Could this be piston slap? How can you tell if so? thanks
