So i was stuck between regular 35's and airstrikers, I ended up buying both. The airstrikers where alittle tricky to jet at first, I did alot of research and found that they like SMALL jets and that they do. I though this would help some people out in the future with airstrikers, rather than going crazy like Sleeper06 and I did jetting this bike. With 35's I would have been at 158-162 main and 48-52 pilot Airstrikers- Im at 135 main and 38 pilot . Im still rich, just order 128-132 mains. Mods- PASSION 4mil aggressive trail dune port/ported cases 35mm air-strikers- vf3's- CPI's- 185psi My bike is a monster, I was worried about not having any bottom end, I can limp around in any gear, snap the throttle and its right there. Bike stands straight up in 4th with very little effort, and it just keeps pulling. very impressive from bottom to top for just a little 4mil Passion and FAST couldnt believe that the air strikers like such small jets, When i spoke to them, neither of them had much experience with these carbs. I was told to call them back and let them kno where i ended up, so that they know for future reference. Im selling my other set of 35's if anyone is interested. Joseph

I shipped my motor to Passion, I built a box from 3/4 ply and it was $130.00 with 3k in insurance It was around 105lbs with the box.

I would say that your bike is being restricted greatly with that single, but im no Pro. What is your elevation? Have you done a compression test? If not i recommend one, so you kno what kind of compression your cylinders are pushing, also that will help these guys out so they kno what octane you should be running. I have 19cc domes in my 4mil, with about 185psi at sea level running 110 octane

So kevin did the mods to your tranny? And yours saying that you still CAN'T shift under a load???

Well thats good news than. I havent heard of many people with tranny mods, seems like people go from stock trannys to overrides and thats all. I was hoping some guys that have had it done from HJR would chime in here. What is the roller bearing and roller spring?

Im on my 2nd Passion motor, 1st was alittle mx port which ran extremely well for what is was and surprised/impressed/embarrased lots of people. My new 4mil is just retarded. I have insane power from low to top. Is work is top notch. There are a few guys here that have rode my bike and can vouch for it

Im having shifting problems, and i was going to send my tranny to Herr Jugs for him yo do some tranny mods Something about cutting the dog ears or something I was wondering if anyone has had this done and if it helped there problem or not. I do alot of trail riding and trying to leave a override as last resort. So whats the scoup on these tranny mods, do they work or what? thanks

The jet size isnt going to determine which bike is faster or more powerful. Every bike is different and going to like different jets. Are you comparing bikes with port work or stock port. Different port work is going to change everything

Get a new clutch, make sure its adjusted properly. I just inquired about a lockup with FAST and HERR jugs and they both told me that a lockup is only gonna HELP you if you making 90hp and up and if you have a override aswell.

The tranny is actually for me, we are trying to get ready for the coal hill trip and need some tranny work done before hand, I just wanna double check and be sure that are arent going to ship it out any later than friday. Okay, If im just cruising through the gears it will shift fine. If im dragging or just real hard on the gas, it will not shift, I have to let off the gas completely, let the rpms drop and then shift. Does it makes sense to just have a lockup, with out a override?

My boy did it to mine, Dont kno how much it really helps, but if you riding trails and shit, dont fill the gas all the way to the top bc its going to spill out. :: ::

They are easy enough to switch out to see which ones you like. I believe there is soft, med, hard, stiff. I have the med ones in, I rode with them all day yesterday, eaten up the whoops. These bars really are the shit. Worth EVERY penny

I think that HERR JUGZ sells the one that you are talking about. How does your bike shift? Is it smooth? what type of riding do you do? Why wouldnt you want all 6 gears? I cant tell you about my taste bc i dont kno enough about them.

So my motor is fresh, everything is brand new inside. Just built by Passion, bike runs like a champ. Its a very strong 4mil. I also just put a FAST clutch. Im having alot of shifting problems, Thinking its time for a override/lockup What would be the BEST setup for me? I do alot of trail riding, sand pits, and hill climbs. Glamis once a yr :: So what type of override/lockup thingy should i go with? thanks Guys
