Jim told me i would see 6+ hp switching to shearers but i like my cpis so the HP doesnt mean all that much to me. I would just take it somewhere and rip through all the gears and see how it feels. Maybe dropping the pilot will help you with the little bog on the bottom.

Have you taken you carbs apart yet and cleaned the shit out of them?? They could be dirty inside.. You should have a leak down test done, I had a problem simaliar to yours and it was a air leak and I ended up frying the motor in glamis. I would do a leak down and compression test and than go from there before you hurt the motor. Just my opinion

I have a 4mil passion motor with 35mm airstrikers, cpis and I Didnt have a dead spot in the mid range. I sold my air strikers and Im unsure of my jetting but I may be able to find out for you. Are you jetting the bike and having trouble? What are you trying to accomplish by the thread? Are you just looking for a good starting point? Give us some more info> My passion motor runs real strong, Only problems I have is that i cant shift.

I have to ask, why are you anti skid plate??? If you are running anywhere but the dunes/track or street i would say you are nuts not to run a rear skid plate. In my opinion, it doesnt matter which brake rotor you put back there, and how tuff they claim it to be, without a skid plate you will continue to bend/break rotors. Also risking fucking up your chain and sprockets and the worst cracking your cases if the chain breaks loose. Just get a damm skidplate and get there and smash that thing..

So i got the new dirt wheels a few days ago and just had some time to look at it. On the front cover is a picture of the banshee 500 wtf They are saying that it would have 75hp. What do you guys think about this? Will they really bring the banshee back as a 4 poker.....
