  1. Listen, there is no reason for us to Lie here, you got the better deal from the beginning and that is a fact, there should have been 1500 involved in this trade, and that baised off of a motor that was .30 over not .100. Your banshee bottom line was a POS And yea my friend traded his strong running 450 for your POS banshee. He didnt know/ nor care, just excited to get a shee. Still doesnt change the fact that you are a lying pussy, could have just grabbed your balls and advertised your bike as the POS that it truely was/is Rather than being a scumbag and fucking another member on the HQ How could you mix up .30 over and .100, is it possible that you are that stupid, bc if that is the true issue here and you are that stupid, good luck in life my friend. Judging by your banshee, the 450 wont last long in your possession anyway. There where plenty of people there that day to witness the bike locking up after only a few minutes of riding, also there while the engine was pulled apart on the trailer. There are a few people on this site that know SD and I, we are straight up guys and wouldnt try and get over on people. If my banshee was a fucking ticking time bomb, thats what i would advertise it as. But you keep playing stupid, you seem to be good at it.
  2. I just picked this up about a month ago. Its a 07 and its pretty clean, I bought it from a dealer and it was the owners personal truck from day 1. He took good care of it, small little rock chip here and there but nothing major I tinted the windows all around, sprayed the rear wheel well liners with undercoating, mud guards, and i installed amp research power retractable runnning boards, I like the clean look, plus this things are kool and fuck. LOL They are so fast, and you can not see them at all when they are retracted. So sleek and clean Tell me what you think, and If i should keep those black rims, I put them on for a few days and not sure if i really like them. The truck rides/drives so smooth, not sure if I wanna loose that.
  3. Hey JIm I would like some more info on these I sent ya a pm with some questions thanks
  4. Cant believe he hasnt chimed in yet. FLINT, I think we would all like to hear from you. Your a clown man, True fucking clown.
  5. JD your products are getting better and better Awesome work for sure. Keep it up...
  6. Good thing you didnt trade with FLINT..
  7. wonder how far of a drive from NY this is NY 10304 I would love to go, prob a 2 day drive though.
  8. Maybe you havent seen this before SD But this is what a friend and I did to my bike. LOL
  9. this pic is like 5 years old. lol. Just alittle Roost
  10. Y0o0 Sal you know this guy??? I heard he doesnt even ride his bike, why would you need a temp gauge. JK playa Hope we can make the next trip to the house Memorial weekend is a tradition for us, wish i could make it though. All of our bike are ready for abuse.
  11. Thats something like whats on Romans bike but just neater. Its 2 hoses and they are behind the shroud. There have been a few of these posted over the years, some companys make them that go directly inline but you can see them while riding. If you dont want anything big and bulky and want is visible at all times, something like this will have to do. Do a search bc this has been gone over a few times Unless you go with a big trail tech like me, wires running all over the place and the only thing that works is the temp gauge. LOL
  12. If you want your bike to run at its full potential, send it to one of the site sponsors or someone you know that has ported before. Ask them what they recommend for a combination. pipes/carbs/porting/timing/compression etc Some1 will get you squared away and running hard in no time good luck
  13. How come no info on the motors/carbs where listed? Porting, bore, stroke etc... everything visible was basically listed. Anyways, 2 badasss bikes for sure No matter who they belong to, someone but some time/detail and $$$$ into both those machines.
  14. I will be doing it for sure, One night when we are drinking in the garage we will tackle it. There is more to it than just switching silencers. Left stinger goes on right side and vis versa. New holes have to be drilled and taped. etc Its worth the work though bc it looks sweet as hell.
  15. http://dunereview.com/Modifications.htm Dont say I never showed you anything
  16. Yesterday was my first ride on the New Extreme duneable. N down 1-4 5&6 I have never ridden a bike with a override, so it was all super new to me. we did alot of trail riding, some hill climbs, fast and slow riding through the street etc. I thought i was going to have a problem with the N down thing, but i found that to be the easiest thing to get used to..lol You will find yourself clutching 4x times more than usual, I was really trying not to backload but i did do it a few times. Like i said, it was my first time, I was alittle uncomfortable at first, but i got better and better through the day. I would say, that if you ONLY ONLY trail ride, I would not go with a override. But the occasional trail ride would beat ya up that bad
  17. I believe guys shave the head to bump there compression. I would do a compression test, so there arent any guessing games. I believe over 155-160 you need race fuel.
  18. Revving up could be a number of things. Throttle cable could be bad or routed poorly. Could be a lean condition caused by a air leak or improper jetting. I would start a process of elimination. Do a leak down test on the engine and go from there. You could start the bike and while it idling, spray carb cleaner around all the gasket surfaces and matting surfaces. If the idle jumps its most likely a air leak. Get yourself a manual if you dont already have one. Give the carbs a good cleaning and make sure the slides arent getting hung up. Make sure the slides are in the correct carb. Like stated, could be a few things so get busy. lol Im sure some more guys will chime in and help ya out. good luck
  19. He claimed that he bought the .30 over pistons Im not sure at this time who assembled the motor or the top end. But now, the crank is bad also and the fly wheel is being cut off the crank. SD did tell him to send pics of the blow up 450, but yet to receive them. I personally hope that it did blow up on him, that 450 ran strong strong strong, the whole motor was just gone through. So be it, if he was dumb enough to run 93 Sleeper06 has the motor, Im sure he will be chiming in soon with a report/update
  20. I think they are sweet. I lost my dam T shirt, never even wore it so im down for a T or 2 when them come in. thanks Tyler
  21. Yup thats who it is. SD1026 is a good friend of mine, His brother in law traded FLINT for his shee and got screwed big time. Since they got the bike, it has been one thing after another, mind you we have the bike for about 2 weeks, it has been ridden twice. First ride was maybe a hr and now this.. whoever assembled the engine should be embarrased, ashamed of them-selves and should look into another hobby/trade What sucks, SD tried doing the right thing for his brother in law, was taking care of everything, all of the leg work. Was answering all the phone calls and texts from anyone who was interested in a trade or straight up sale. They come across this banshee which sounds like a good trade, yea it needed ALOT of TLC, but the engine was so called just rebuilt, fresh top end .30 bla bla bla All Lie's, bike was a bomb waiting to explode, pure bullshit that someone could do this to someone. Im not sure how some people may take this but Im going to say it anyway, lol After the original shee owner was notified that the bike had blown up, not 24 hrs later he returned with a text saying that the 450 had blown up now. I was real skeptical about all this and so was SD, but anyways, SD decides to ask what fuel he was running in the high compression 450, he responds saying 93. He was told that the bike was ran on race fuel, 108 or better and he claimed that in his high compression raptor he ran 93. So if this is true and he did blow up the 450, Im happy, what comes around goes around and that bill will be more expensive than some jugs, pistons and flywheel thats for sure Thanks Guys, hopefully he's back up and running asap. Sleeper06 is staying busy with us, thats for sure..
  22. Im not sure who assembled it yet, but the cages are the same. they say banshee boyz on them.
  23. This trade involved a member from the HQ If he would like to chime in, than so be it. A friend of mine, traded his 450r for this shee. Person swore up and down that the top end was fresh, and he just bought the pistons and it was .30 over. LIE.... Bike is .100 and was assembled poorly. Bike was running well in the beginning, after maybe 30 mins on the second ride the motor locked up. Pulled it apart when we got back to the truck and that is what we found. Pistons where not what he said and neither where the domes. The skirt on the cylinder was missing, its not in the motor, so it seems that it was broken off before the motor was assembled???? I guess you live and you learn, The kid got the better of the deal from the beginning, but my friend didn't care at all bc he was just happy that he was getting a shee, well seems like the trade just got worse. I know that i couldnt do this to someone, I mean eventually the truth would come out about what bore the motor is on and etc... Easier to be honest from the start, was already getting a sweet deal off of a trade. I wont start bashing the shee, but it wasnt pretty at all. I cant say much, bc either way they made the trade and both parties where okay with it, but the bike didnt look like that when i seen it. banshee came with bald ass old tires/rims, broken stator cover, welded frame, faded/painted rear plastics etc..
