Im not pro On jetting, but if you are anywhere near sea level, your main jet is def lean.. I was running 310 on a stock port and airbox no lid.. I had basic bolt ons... Now you bike is ported and you are running pods, you should bump that main a few sizes..Prob want to start around 350 and do a plug chop..

Yea this has been discussed a few times, I cant tell you who the best is but I had me rear shock rebuilt By works performance and I am very very happy with it, Its night and day over stock.And like 4times cheaper than a new shock.. They set it up for my bike,weight, and riding style.. Works Calls it A heart Transplant

Where are you located? Also Can I have some more info On the Bike.. Year, what size carbs, what bore are the cylinders on, ported, etc...... what else is done to the bike?

The jetting that is in your sig, Is that what you where running when you melted those pistons? What is you elevation?

Do you have a cylmer..(banshee manual) they tell you how to remove it.. There is a tool I believe also a trick, you would have to do a search for it but you have to buy a bolt and to nuts at turn it out.... Do a search for the size bolt you will need..

I have your answer, Dont buy them from ebay... There are tons of places that sell banshee stuff, especially shock covers.. Do a search in google for banshee shock covers, If you still having problems Im sure I have 5 places in my favorites them will have them, Ill give you the links...

This has happened on my shee, acouple of times and it is scary as hell.. Before I had my complete motor rebuilt this happened, did a leak down test and nothing, so I cleaned the carbs and forgot about it.. I had my motor done, top and bottom, everything new, gaskets, seal, everything, It happened to me again and this time the bike through me on my ass so fast i didnt even kno what happened, luckily I was wearing my kill switch and nothing happened to the shee... I was told that this is caused when moisture or some sort gets inside the carb... Was it real cold when this happened to you, did you go through water or something?

It seem like your on the right track, bump thr pllot one and the main2-3 for the pods and do a chop, then go from there.. even though they say lean is mean, rich is def alittle safer..

They look good, but do you always take the plastics off when you are working on the carbs? The xcr tires are a very good tire, I have a set of rears and they hook nice..

Hey sheerider I dont kno anything about porting, so Im gonna keep my mouth shut on that, nor do I kno anything about pc, but those cylinders look nice and shinny...I"ll send you my front bumper, show me whatcha got.. Ill be the ginnie pig, you do good and HQ will be informed what a great guy you are.

It def seems a bit pricey, but those would look insane on a chromed out dune bike..

What brand pipes do you have...Let say you have toomey's, I believe if you go to there site they will have something for you.. List your mods here and there are planty of guys that will chime in and get you jetting pretty dam close...

That right there is def some serious polishing for sure, they looked like they where chromed.. They look sweet, but the maintance on those, gotta suck shining those things after every ride or so...
