HPgains depend on the motor and setup.. Typically alky is good for 7-11% gains. yes.. Dual pingle and billet bowls will be fine. Yes.. If your not going to ride for a few days.. its good idea to purge.. I've gone 2 weeks without purging.. I dont recommend it. But..

Timing dont need to be tuned on a dyno with a wide band.. Just have to watch the plugs. They dont need to be purged with race fuel.. I use 89 pump gas. It doesn't break down and separate, it attracts moisture. as to answer the question by the OP. The pingle will work with over sized bowls. A fuel pump wont be needed. Timing will depend on the setup.. Just keep an eye on the plugs and watch the heat markings. Typically.. Timing should end up between 8-13 but there is a lot of variables. Start with Rich jetting and work your way down..

If it was all original.. My guess would be a sloppy bore from excessive wear. I have seen a few broken skirts on forged pistons.

FAST sells EK SRX X-ring chain. I've used alot of chains.. and this stuff is the tuffest i've found. Also.. EK offers different types of master links incase your not fond of the clip type masters.

One mans junk is another mans treasure.... The window bridge only seems to break when people lean them down or have issues with fuel supply. Big write up on this over on PS a few years back. I've been using them for 7yrs or more now. But.. everyone is entitled to their opinion.

I use WSM pistons in my "all out drag motors".. zero problems.. I only use wiseco when I'm forced too.. I've never used their cranks.
