Alot of guys over here use Klotz super tech on the ice... Kotz R-50 is a good oil. Alot of bikes came through our service dept. that said they used Yamalube 2-R for years and I was pretty impressed. I've ran just about every oil in the book.. they've all worked good for me. I've switched to Redline oils now. I'm very happy with it so far...
Bottom line is.. Oil is purely preference.. Alot of guys run castor, amsoil, Klotz, Bel-ray, ect... and all have their positive feed backs.. and every oil has a horror story.. Was it the oils fault? probably not but most people will blame a product before themselves.
Just make sure the oil is stable down the temp you'll be running in. Other then that, I think oil is oil.. pick your flavor.
