  1. i think the Harbor Freight one is $65-70. so if this one is better then it, its a steal.
  2. http://www.autozone.com/images/in_our_stor...pg2_0405_07.pdf Duralast brand, 1500lbs, with tie downs. $80 thogut LOL WTF..... :thought
  3. nother option... http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...c=73705&hl=
  4. i think another option if someone is really worried about it, is the Brass or Bronze bushings (i think thats what metal they are), that Cascade has on thier website. i'm not worried about and havent noticed any excessive wear and tear, FWIW.
  5. looking at the quad from the front. not like this (l) less travel. but like this (\) more travel. the shock in essence has an out and up swing effect as well as the length of cylinder travel. where as when it is upright, it only has the cylinder travel. in stock Banshee case, very small amount of swing. cylinder travel= whatever the hell the steel bar is inside the shock and how much distance it covers lol. crude defintions on my part, so sorry. i think anyway.
  6. damn, SCORE!
  7. i could be way off here.... but i believe he is trying to say that if you decide to sell your tool box that no one will buy it until the "trinity" sticker is removed. correct me if i am wrong.
  8. http://216.37.204.206/wps/Yamaha_OEM/Yamah...;A=208&B=24 give you an idea on pricing.
  9. try a free picture hosting site, like tinypic.com or photobucket or something like that the flipping of the upper arms is something i forgot to put into the original writeup on the 1st page. i cant EDIT now, so that info is spread out thru this monster topic somewhere.
  10. ROFL yes, small digicams fit nicely into the factory tool pouch storage area. (use some padding for vibe protection tho).
  11. LOL LOL, how the hell did you rip his bumper off?
  12. hahaha, ATTABOY  whats the length difference between them? is the YFZ a roundhouse? what is the benefit?
  13. <----long sleeve shirt (gotta keep my track marks covered) and flex fit hat (L/XL)
  14. they work exactly like they should! the diameter on them is almost as big as the diameter of a stock upper a-arm lol yes, 13-3/8" is right post up some pics
  15. need some better quality pics mang, really hard to tell what going on. wonder why noone has looked into a water (coolant) cooled turbo. this would eliminate any oil tank/pump/electrical that would be needed. should be a wicked brutal ride
  16. yes they are, i used the sleeves and bolts from my Banshee, as the YFZ arms i bought did not come with them.
  17. Carlos Mencia?
  18. sounds like you either took too much off the back mount, not enuf off the front mount, or a combination of the 2. you should have almost a 1/4" of clearance between upper a-arm and shock/spring can you get pictures posted of everything installed?
  19. i saw SLP (Street Legal Performance) and thought shit they make Banshee pipes now too. completely different company
  20. i sure as shit aint looking at my wheel/tires when i'm riding hard. i'm looking atleast 2seconds in front of me. you look where you want to ride. any racer will tell you that. i did it for looks.
  21. hey Ben, great post! have you installed the YFZ shocks on either setup with out the springs on them? i think but not sure here, that this would give the most accurate number for suspension travel. great info, i am a dumby when it comes to this stuff, so hopefully this ends up with some informative input on whats what.
  22. nope, air shocks IIRC. arm and a leg pricing also, if i remember correctly.
  23. dont touch the throttle body (only one anyway). it is money wasted, like buying a boost bottle. no need to upgrade it! stick to intake and exhaust 1st. and on those websites posted by "okbeast", read read read about the whats what and whos who. dont just start buying stuff.
  24. John O'Reilly hoisted his beer and said, "Here's to spending the rest of me life, between the legs of me wife!" That won him the top prize at the pub for the best toast of the night! He went home and told his wife, Mary, "I won the prize for the best toast of the night" She said, "Aye, did ye now. And what was your toast?" John said, "Here's to spending the rest of me life, sitting in church beside me wife." "Oh, that is very nice indeed, John!", Mary said. The next day, Mary ran into one of John's drinking buddies on the street corner. The man chuckled leeringly and said, "John won the prize the other night at the pub with a toast about you, Mary." She said, "Aye, he told me, and I was a bit surprised myself. You know, he's only been there twice in the last four years. Once he fell asleep, and the other time I had to pull him by the ears to make him come."
  25. JBA, Hooker, Gibson maybe. all good headers. K&N should have an intake kit for it. headers, catback and cold air intake will all help improve gas mileage, as well as a slight bump in performance. if you get rid of your catalytic converters, you will throw diagnostic codes tho, so you might need some O2 simulators for the rear (if you delete the cats and if they are available for your truck), or a tune to delete the rear sensor parameters from the PCM. its going to add up in price for everything please dont put glass packs or straight pipes on it LOL i dont know why people think that shit sounds good on their trucks
