yep, theres more threads in the bad seller section for him, then anyone else. (i think i counted 6). even if the issues were resolved over time, there is no reason to chance buying from someone with a 'reputation', no matter how many excuses they can come up with or how good the deal might seem to be. research before you buy, saves headaches. buying and selling is quite simple. seller recieves money, then seller ships part(s) ASAP. no need for excuses, just get it done and get it done with/how it was described. i hate shysters as well

yep, thats what i did. then put a pro armor tether kill in place of the factory stop switch on the bars. there is a seller on EBAY whop has the hide a key for $7.50 buy it now and $2.50 shipping. nice lil piece for only $10 shipped

any word/more info? i'll go over to turbobuick.com and dig up some fuel threads. some very good info over there about whats what. they dont fuck around when it comes to fuel. knock and 25+psi just dont mesh very well

thats odd. i have been around Turbo Buicks for many years now. for a long time they have been using Xylene, Toulene and Methanol mixtures with 93 octane. never once have i read of them purging their systems. they even have online diagrams of how much to use to obtain certian ratings and such with whatever combination all different engine combos too, iron block/heads, iron block/alum heads, alum block/alum heads. they also add ATF (automatic trans fluid) to the combination for lubricity

do you still need to purge even if it is a 50/50 or 60/40 mix?

no prob. it should work. i dont see why it wouldnt. the only thing i can think of is a possibility of it needing to be wired backwards (wire swap left to right, right to left kond of deal at the key). IF the switches are different (open vs. closed) but i do not know 100% for sure... a little trial and error at that point will yield the result.
