  2. How much does alky cost these days. Kinda tossing around the idea of switching to alky lately.
  3. Congrats man
  4. from what i hear twister has a new radiused swingarm  . But not much cheaper than a 3/4" swinger. heres some info about them. http://www.planetsand.com/forums/ubbthread.../page/3/fpart/1
  5. a 14/42 gearing would probably work well too.
  6. I had that same problem with brand new pwk 35's. if cleaning the carb didnt help, try swappin floats. I did that and it fixed the problem :ermm:
  7. If i could dig up an extra 100 for a flywheel plus to get it lightened i would but i dont have the money. I wasnt expecting it to be this hard. The last time i did it, it pretty much slid right off with the help of some pb.
  8. Well i charged up the good ol impact. And i found a brand new puller. Got in on all the way. And the impact basically ripped the puller from teh flywheel. I am intending on saving the flywheel. My best bet would probably just take it to a welder and have them take a wack at it
  9. I need some help. I cannot get my flywheel off, The threads were stripped before i tried so i cant get bashed for that one  Anybody got some tips besides taking my motor and having someone take it off. Damn i could've had my cases split and tranny sent out
  10. Not trying to steal your thread. but i have a question about aftermarket heads. Would i have to buy new o-rings or just use the ones i already have.
  11. HAHA. Wheres loco and firehead when you need them :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  12. oopps forgot to specify that. The tires are 21" 10pdl haulers 2nd gear take off would be preferable, but the tranny is going to be a 1-5 so i guess is could try to take advantage of 1st
  13. i guess the hookers aint cheap here. exspecially if you have over 1 million roosts
  14. was well up in the 90's today in AZ. Gotta love that heat
  15. I need help with gearing for 300ft drags give or take. My mods are 421 cub drag ported, 35pwks, cpi inframes sb. Its not a groomed track its more like a duney type of sand. I tried a search but i didnt find what i was looking for, right now im running 14/40. But for the hills im running 14/46. would something like 15-16/46 be good for drags? or should i stick with 14/40? Thanks
  16. You people up there are considered lucky. LOL I dont know when or if were are going to make another trip for glamis.
  17. i was about to say that your pipes do look like power pro pipes. as for the ebay people. They probably couldve had better results using stock pipes :shoothead:
  18. the belray gearsaver that i use is 75w. we use 1 and 1/3 bottle in both of our banshees But now i use a little bit more because of the lockout
  19. so you came home from iraq man. Thats awesome. i think for the brake fluid its dot4 i use belray gear saver for the tranny engine ice or coolaid for the radiator klotz supertechniplate for gas/oil
  20. i think that they're for that casino thing. but it makes me want to ride
  21. i used to run 927, but i switched to klotz and love the smell  and the residue isnt as thick as 927 IMO
