my gearing is 14/40. it does pretty good for flats but i think it could do better. i need to figure out gearing for olds. Go up in the rear you mean to something lower than a 46? My timing is set a +7 and im around 220 and it takes off in 2nd pretty easy with my gearing.
Dude. we need to meet up at hassayampa, i'm most likley positive that im going this sunday. You do know where to go right. not below the bridge but at indian school. Also what is you gearing for olds?
if im not mistaken. you should beable to take off in 2nd fairly easy with that gearing. i was able to do it with 14/42. But yeah, letting air out will be like a night and day difference in traction
if you arent already. try starting off in 2nd. Also try letting out some in the tires too. Im not sure but it could be that your clutch could be slipping
Steve.... I found out that there is a high chance that i will be heading out to glamis next weekend if you want to go. This time we could meet up for sure
i like my cpi's. i like the sound of them but thats probably because i took about 1/2 - 3/4 of the packing out Lol. But im kinda leaning towards shearer, i could use the extra power up top
yeah. hopefully by the next time i go out there. there will be an override. i cant stand how hard it is to shift. But i caught myself doing wheelies in 5th on a flat area. no joke. Lol When you went to look at our camp you didnt see a greenish hummer with a huge white trailor?
all i know is i saw you with something that was yellow and black. I was doing fine up olds. my gearing was abit too high but when 4th kicked in it lasted forever. it sure wouldve been nicer if i had and override. I embarrassed a couple of 450's also. i would say that dumont is probably one hell of a drive from phoenix :verymad:
dude i saw you and someone else on a yellow/black banshee heading over to the store from vender row. I couldve sworn you spotted me because i caught you getting a glimpse of my shee. i was with 2 other banshee and white z400
could it be possible that a jet was loose and it couldve fallen out?. BTW what gearing are you running. because what i have in now seemed like too much for olds. and did you get to meet up with any hq'ers on saturday?
250r's are very fun for sure. i beat a piped banshee last weekend with my moms 250r. kinda suprised me. They are well worth it and the power is way smoother than a banshee
