  5. Could be a small lil crack of flat spot that you cant see letting oil seep by. Just replace the o-ring and im certain it wont leak any longer. But have you looked to see if the 2 plugs for the shift fork shafts in my pic here are not whats leaking or one of them fell out? Sometimes they just come out or leak for some reason. Check the sprocket seal and shift shaft seal also just for fun. Check back with your findings.
  6. Yes there is, it's called Flip Flop Powder. Have a peek, lots of it and more. http://powderbuythepound.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=46_152 I like the Black star dust flip flop and the Solaris black cherry flip flop myself. Click the colors.
  7. Elaborate
  8. Ive tried both ways. No difference. Just do it the same way and forgetaboutit!
  9. Thats your neutral switch cover (shift drum is behind it) Does it look like he o-ring is messed up? I would replace the o-ring or the whole cover and snug it up. Very cheap simple 10 cent fix.
  10. The coil itself will ground out on the frame.
  11. Above.
  12. The OEM one from Yamaha no question about it. Keep it well lubed all the time and it will last for years. Don't even bother with the SS junk ones and stuff like that, same thing will happen in time. Yes they look pretty but thats it.
  13. I like it man. Looks beefier then the one i did. That powder on the cases looks awesome also.
  14. Check the link right below my pic i posted. Comes with the nice longer SS allen head bolts too
  15. You would need a set spacers like the ones on mine here. They're cheap to buy + they help keep the left carb bowl nut off of the arm. You can also bend down the clutch actuator arm a little bit also and sometimes it will help clear. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=105
  16. No doubt Please no one quote the 50 pics or i will send you a steamy bag of dog poo.
  17. It's my free home made 2 min job engine stand. Small old electrical panel door, drilled 2 holes, bent the top, used some old nuts to space it a bit, bolted it on, lifted into the vise and it was done. 100x easier working on the motor like that VS it moving around fussing on the bench. Works really well too.
  18. Thats awesome and good to know what its for, i always wondered. Thanx
