  1. Soak them with penetrating fluid and let soak for a lil while. If you have a dremel and/or an air die grinder, put a small cut off wheel on there and cut a nice slot in the top of them and use a BIG slotted screw driver to turn them out. But give them a couple good hits on top of the screw driver before trying to turn them out to loosen them up. If that don't work for you, get a pointed punch and hammer and hit the right side of the slot you made on the top of the bolts with the hammer and punch and they WILL break free and start to turn. And if all that don't work, but it will, get a torch and put some heat into the bolts (not to much to burn your house down though ) and they will come out right away. Only thing though, you will have to get new bolts if the slots get fuct up or stripped more.. Can get new bolts at the hardware store or even better, get the allen head bolts for the clutch cover for like $5 at RMATV, never strip them again. Good luck

  7. Yes, i run the 30 mm OKO's , had them for a few years now, there a great carb for the money. Quite a few other people run them also. Everything inside is Genuine kiehn parts. When you buy them from carb parts warehouse they even send you a kiehn parts book with them. There pretty much a re badged kiehn carb. For the money i spent on them and they come with a few different size mains and pilots and a pro motion cable all for under $200. Cant be that. The performance gain is really good too. They also fit in the stock intake boots and airbox boots just fine and are so much easier to change jets and tune them over stock. IMO there worth every penny. Grab some from CPW, they hook up! :beer:
  8. You will be good with 94 pump by itself. I would be starting to be concerned about why there's a 10psi drop on one of the cyls though. I would check the ring gap and see if the rings are starting to wear.
  9. Are you trying to shift it while the bike is not moving? If so it wont go through all the gears unless you are rolling OR turning the crank shaft by hand while shifting by hand.

  13. First go grab a tape measure. Second, reach in your back pocket and pull out your wallet. Third, measure the thickness of it and tell us how fat it is. Then we can tell you how fast you can go. Its all about how much money you want to lay down to be "fast".IMO :biggrin: It don't take to much money into a banshee really, to beat bolt on 450's in a drag race.

  15. Looks like the o-ring groove was machined off. Ive never seen the vitos domes but all my noss domes have that groove around the outer edge. Who cut them? Pics are sorta hard to see though....
  16. There good, there made by Matt Shearer for vitos, if i remember correctly. Nothing wrong with your setup, but will be even better with the Fat-so pipes you can get for a great price :laugh: They will work alot better then fmf's for what your saying how and what type of riding you do.

  21. Grab your self the shift pro kit with the roller bearing arm and lighter spring. Makes finding neutral 100X easier. Some people bitch about doing the shift pro kit and star but trust me it works when done right.. When your in there do the shift shaft mod also. Doing all that works great for me. :thumbsup:
