That exactly what we do if we come back later then 10 pm we just push our quads from the beginning of the pavement at discovery point. We rent the cabin right next to dune country atv so its only a 3 second push then coast down the lil hill to our door. 4wheeling, its worth the drive down from BC bro, make sure you hit up coos bay and Florence as well though. Easy way to get it off those stupid POS screws is to cut them off for good. I cut mine off years ago as there stupid. But if you don't want to do that just undo your carbs for a sec, and move them outa they way and slide the box forwards an inch then down a bit and the box comes out over the rear shock and back, it will come out like that too.

Stock length or -2 or -1 roundhouse swing arm for MX and tight trails. Yes widen the front and back too. Then get some shocks valved for your weight and riding style.

I run 55W trail techs also, and i 90% ride Trails and logging roads here in the rocky mountains and they hold up just fine. I also run a 200Watt stator to be able to run 55watt bulbs though. With the stock stator you can run 35Watts per side. Couple pics.

You could, but i would get it sprung and valved properly. Also the angle of the shock would be pretty extreme running a no link on a link arm IMO

Thats an arm for use with your stock link that your shock bolts too. No link you dont use a link as your shock bolts directly to your swing arm.

KICK. :laugh: Check fuel flow, check if there's spark and you say you have 100psi, that is getting kinda on the low side but should fire right up if your getting a good spark and fuel to the motor. All you need is spark, fuel and compression and it will go. If its jetted right i might add too. I ran my motor real tired on the stock pistons a few years ago and it had 85-90 psi and it still ran like a champ until i rebuilt it. Good luck :thumbsup:

Depends on every thing you have. Who did the porting and what type? That would be the biggest part of how much power you would see. Also timing, compression and fuel type too.

Cause its the shit 150F rated home depot hose. Go stick a garden hose out in the sun for awhile and see how limp it gets from the heat, same thing is happening to that hose. :thumbsup: Get something with a "Minimum" rating of 250F.
