  1. I would say at least put the motor together and then try it bud! Let us know ok. Good luck
  2. Ok, then shes all good then. Have you put it all back together and tried to shift through all the gears when your banshees moving? or just have the cover off and trying to shift threw the gears by hand? If your trying to shift while the covers off and your looking at the shift shaft and everything it right, it WILL NOT go into all gears unless you are spinning the shaft by hand (the one the basket sits on) or if you are moving the shee and everything is together and the wheels are turning. SO how are you trying this?
  3. How old is your shift shaft.? The spring that the eccentric screw goes through that you adjust might be worn out. Also when you adjust that eccentric screw, make sure your in gear and not in neutral.
  4. Thats cool and all, but why post this in the for sale if its not yours??? Shit like this goes here>>> http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showforum=8 This is like the 5th link to something just on this first page. While other people are trying to sell there banshee shit and its gettin bumped down to the bottom.... Not trying to be a dick but you gotta see where im coming from.
  5. Yeah that's a good find. I would grab that right now if i lived around that area!
  6. No it will work fine BUT the 450 master cyl is larger and holds more fluid to feed the duel pistons in each caliper. \ But the shee master cyl works just fine.
  7. Good job!
  8. Yes, still make SURE you still mix oil in it bro! Don't want your motor to blow up!
  9. Well shit, this was a funny thread.
  10. WE WANT TO SEE PICS!!!
  11. Damn man, LOL, that lil tube gets everyone. Proly fired right up hey. No go rip on it.
  12. If hes going to be an asshole about it, just say you have an ultra lite sitting at home and you take off from your field. IMO run the 100LL straight, no point in mixing in or any fuel for that matter. Ive run it straight for years in my sleds and banshee for the last year.
  13. Your not a fool, probably just didn't open the right link
  14. http://keihincarbs.com/
  15. Correct. Any luck with it? Carbs?
  16. No its not anything major, something simple that your over looking. I cant see what you have done to your bike through my computer so im just going of what you tell me you have done or modded or tried and im giving my ideas. :ninja: No need to woory man, it will go, just i hope you didn't bang, hit or drop your stator or flywheel at all. You did pull it the proper way with the right puller right?
  17. If you was bogging on the low end why did you mess with the needles any? Pilots and air screws adjust the low end. Needles control the mid and mains the top but they over ride each other a lil bit also if you know what i meen. Anyways stick the needles back to were they were and start from there. Also check your plugs as you could have fucked them some how...just change them to see just because.
  18. SHUT UP!!!!

    HA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  19. Oh NOW you tell us the whole story Proly, but why did you lean it out some much in the first place. Set it back were it was and try. Put your x-over tube back in? Carbs synced properly? Adjusters on the top moved any?
  20. LMAO, if you can stick 5 cards in there that's your problem bro no if and's or buts. Get it done. But before you Huck the stator cover and shifter and all that shit on, fire it up first. But make sure you check the gap with one of the two flywheel magnets on the outside of the fly wheel. Line up one of the magnets with the pick up coil and check it there and adjust accordingly.
  21. Well lets start here, how did you pull your flywheel off? Are you 100% confident you put every wire back on the stator that you took off and in the right place? Does the right side have spark too? How much spark did it have and what color? Could be just a weak spark from your pickup coil being not set properly and that's why its not starting. Go make sure the pick up coil is set right and all the wires on the stator are in the right place. Im preety confident that your pick up coil is not set to the PROPER gap
  22. Did you reset your pick up coil gap? That sound like what it is, gets people all the time. Takes 2 minutes to set and you don't need to pull the flywheel of ether. If you dont have a feeler gauge, just get a pack of matches or business card and line up one of the magnets on the outside of the flywheel with the pick up coil ( loosen the 2 screws on the pick up coil) and stick part of the paper between the 2 and close the gap and tighten it down again. If you have a feeler gauge set the pickup coil gap at: 0.015"-0.020" But a pack of matches is good enough and right in the middle of that.
  23. We don't believe you as you never show pics of nothing, except the pic in your sig thats 50 years old lol
  24. Do what i said and they WILL come out. There not in there very tight man, hammer and punch in the slot at and ANGLE with some heat just before and they will turn man. Get out there and do it.
