New top end rebuild NO question. :cool: Adjust the play with the adjuster going into the throttle housing on the bars, turn it outwards to tighten up the slack.!!! Adjust it where i put the circle on mine.

Well from the pics they look fine BUT it is kinda hard to see any lil cracks and nicks on the end of the reed petals in the pics, you will have to go look at them all close. Just look for cracks, breaks, nicks and see if the petals are lifting off the cage. They should completely sit flush on the cages. :thumbsup:

Check that your floats are set at the right level and put the damn hoses back on man. IMO a lil bit of leaking out the over flow is normal....not alot but a drop or 2 here and there is ok. Hench (over flow) :laugh: Or mabey your needles could be gummed up some.. Have a look/see at everything bro!!!

Yeah Brule lake dunes are decent, not any HUGE dunes but some small ones and some beach also a bunch of pretty gnarly steep tree shots and sand trails too. Lots of dirt riding and trails there also :thumbsup:

Kamloops area is KICK ASS to ride and kinda half way from me to the coast. Up in bachelor Highths on the north shore of kamloops is just a sick place to ride. Havent been there in a long time though. Would be sweet to meet up out there some time with a few people this summer. :thumbsup:

MAN lol, you should have listened to me and got your stock stator rewound to 200W, mine has been flawless and never messed up on me. Just it was done buy a guy that gives a shit how it will preform and was not one of the mass produced ones in china where they try and get 9380303784 out the door in one day or wherever and how the other HO stators are made.
