  1. No, go look at where your kicker bolts to the splines on the shaft on the out side of the clutch cover. There's a bolt holding the kicker on the shaft at the bottom of it facing the clutch cover its a 12mm bolt. Take that off and pull the kicker off the splined shaft. Now go take it to your bench and take the philips head bolt out that connects the pieces together, watch out when you pull the 2 pieces apart gently that that you don't lose the small bearing and small spring in the lil hole. Then do what i said above in my last post.
  2. Take the whole kicker off and you need to pull the top part of the kicker off with the bolt holding the 2 pieces together. Be careful when you take it apart as there's a small spring and ball bearing in the lil hole. What i do when mine did that is get some bearing grease and lube everything up nice, kicker shaft were the 2 pieces meet, the ball and the spring, also replace the o-ring at the bottom if its worn out. There is rebuild kits for cheep also, that come with a new spring ball and o-ring, but lubing them up will be fine. The rebuild kits are if the ball bearing is not round or the spring is worn or broken. Mine used to rattle ALOT also and what i did is go to the hardware store and pick up a small coil spring and cut it to size and stuck it vertically between the 2 pieces and bolted the 2 pieces together like you always would and its never rattled again. I Also stick 2 o-rings between the pieces also, works like a charm, never sticks in and never rattles again.
  3. Make an offer and i will ship them out ASAP. I can go out to my shop and take pics if you like!
  4. Sounds real rich down low, how dirty is your air filter. Also whet shape are your reeds in, broken, chipped, cracked, sitting up of the cage?
  5. "SLURREY" lol, i know you didn't steal it, but just watch out for all the crack and meth heads or it will get stolen... :ninja: :yelrotflmao:
  6. I use a heavy duty degreaser and let it sit for 15-20 then use a small wire brush the size of a tooth brush and scrub it all in. You can get them at any auto parts store for change. The n i just get my garden hose and wash it all off, works wonders! I NEVER use a pressure washer on any of my toys, it will break seals and get into other places you don't want water too, plus if used close on plastics it fades them over time after a bunch of washes. My 2 cents.

  16. 20ft lbs on studs, head and cyls. Do the head nuts hand tight, then tighten them in the right sequence starting with 10ft lbs, 15ft lbs then finally 20ft lbs with a quality torque wrench! Go for a ride, come back and re tourque if needed. I use blue lock tight on the head and cyl nuts and never have to re tighten Also tighten the cyl nuts hand tight, then in a criss-cross pattern and do the same 10,15,20 as above.
