  18. LOL Buy some and the tap and put them in. Tap them VERY slow with oil. 1/2 turn in half turn out and so on till its done. Use cutting oil when tapping the holes or you will rish snapping the tap off..remember go slow and take your time tapping it .
  19. Depends on altitude and temp and shit like that. If he was 5000 and hot he could be running very small jetting, but if he was sea level or below and cold, he could have huge jetting.
  20. So if you say its ran great all year round, then why would you want to make it run shittier and rich the mains out more? IMO, if it aint broke and running good don't fuck with it! Also bumping the timing to +4 and the reeds you got wont need a bigger main IMO.
  21. Well if you want to spend $200, get a G-Force 2+2 axle from RMATV. Comes with the big ass lock nut and both hub nuts too. There good chrome axles that are adjustable in length. ALOT stronger and have a life time warranty. I run a G-Force and its the shit!!! Takes a mad beating from me  Click >>> http://www.rockymountainatv.com/productDet...o#vehicleSelect[/url]
  22. Have you taken the cover of your throttle housing to look inside to see if the cable is attached right and everything is in place? Im not talking about that rubber cover, im talking about the top where the 3 bolts hold the cover on the throttle housing. Open it and see if everything is together right in there. If you don't know take a close pic and show it here.
