  1. Lets just look at the cost first Shipping to me if it can fit in a flat rate envelope is $5 each way so $10 If it needs to fit in a flat rate Box then $9 each way so $18 Then the cost of Chrome.... I'd like to see a picture of what it is. If it's aluminum its going to be more. If it is a one piece laser cut grill You would be looking at $35 to chrome it. if it is 2 pieces like full bore grills are your looking at $40. Unfortunatly there is a piece cost as well has how ard the part is to chrome. If it's not aluminum the worst it will be is $58. Now I can have it done in 10 days from when I recieve it typically. (now that there is holidays add a couple days)
  2. Did it work out or do we need to rail on them some more?
  3. I disagree completly. It's my opinion but there is nothing good about this tire from a sand perspective. a new 44tooth rear sprocket. and a set of 22's all you need to do is put some slack in the chain and roll off the chain undo 6 nuts, slide the sproket off over the wheel hub then reverse these steps with the new 44 tooth sprocket.
  4. Tell me what your confused about and I'll help out Never been to the UAE. Seen lots of pics and worked at a shop where we had a couple of customers down there. Have done lots of reading about it as I want to go there for a vacation some day.
  5. So first off I see you from UAE. greeting from a far. for your type of sand and riding conditions that I have seen down there you will want a set of 22X11X8 8 paddle haulers in a medium buff compound on a set of douglas 8X8 Blue label rims This is mostly for the hill and flatdrags that I have seen if you actually run the desert link an enduro or baja then black label wheels but I wouldn't run paddles. You will need to get new sprockets to lower your gear ratio with the larger tire. 10 in rim is the wrong way to go. keeps your tire too square causing you to have more paddle slap on the top end. same problem with a 20X10X10 tire. You want the tire to round so at higher speeds only portion of the paddle is hitting the sand.
  6. I have some 34 pj's Billet intakes to air filters including throttle cable
  7. added more. Get it just before X-mas
  8. I got a +8 used for $300 and 2 carriers 1 is a RAD the other is a JJ&A PM if you want pics I'll make a package if you want. New chain sliders and +8 Brake line too.
  9. Chrome Looks better!!!!!!
  10. ttt soneone couldn't find it.
  11. Your fine!!!! don't worry about if the first round they got torqued to 15 instead of 8 or something.
  12. Still time to get it before X-mas....
  13. You sure it was a sundahl frame at dunefest????? Did you see Lew Jr.'s Bike from From Twister?????
  14. When you take the screw out a ball and spring fall out. It's easy to replace. If you have some slop in the two pieces like many do. Chroming actually adds some material and with a new ball, spring and O-ring it's better then new.
  15. I must say that I really like the look of those a-arms!!!! I'll have a picture or two of a set here in about a week. BTW Greg since your not in a hurry the Thumb Throtle housing and Rear master cylinder are in line to be chromed, not polished
  16. 7 hours later you asking me if I still have them. I'll post up when something sells YES I STILL HAVE THE BLUE SET (I have the other grill piece just not pictured) AND THE WHITE REARS ARE AVAILIBLE TOO!!!!!
  17. Front White nose is sold Rear for $250 Still have blue set
  18. You could Chrome them. That doesn't destroy the ball joint and looks better. Probably the same price I don't know about powder coating but I know chrome runs $200 for all 4. $250 to include tierods with ends and castlenuts
  19. I have some Nice White ones from an 04. I can have some pics for you tonight.

  22. What year is the Bike??? 3 Different plug styles. I have a 99 stator and lightened flywheel.
  23. If you have a expierenced Coater who has been ridding and Powdrecoating since 1985 then I would trust them. I have had a couple sets done by him. He calls it flash baking. Takes about 3 - 4 days to get it done. only 5 -15 min in the oven. From what I have been told so don't take this as truth since I have never seen it but The IR baking tends to be softer. I was told you can put a figer nail imprint into it but it won't flake off. Like anything the quality of the end result has to do with how good was the prep work.
  24. Hey Greg, *67 his a$$ and maybe he'll answer by mistake. Anyway everything looks good on my end here. Where you going for 30days on the 14th? You going to have Internet access? I'll be making you drooll by Wednesday of next week. BTW who made the A-arms?? ASR?
  25. 2 things!!! 1st did you get his seller information. On ebay you can requerst it. I'm in Oregon and know how it feels to get ripped. PM me his info and I"ll go get either your parts or your money back to you. 2nd you don't have to have a credit card for paypal. All you need is a vaild checking account. It is free to pay people only cost money to recieve money. paypal is the way to go for the buyer. I purchased 3 items from guy and I got one from him and he used the tracking # to cover all 3. Paypal refunded me the money for the other 2 since he never shipped them. The weight was the proof.
