here is a laeger set up w 3- rate elkas w non adj piggy backs. a great improvement over stock regardless of draw backs! roll design is the sh__! I spent 2400 . a arms, shocks, tie rod ends, ext brake lines, brake line clamps, new a arm bearings/seals. roll is 2000 by themselves

kennedy makes a good heavy box Mine has been in shop enviroment for 14 yrs and I do roll from one end of building to other, i wish my box was loaded with snap on, if it were I know I wouldnt be able to have my Banshee. ----$$$$$ I use proto, carftsman, bondhus, green lea, fluke, crescent, vise grip, milwaukee, makita, ingersoll rand, armstrong, more or less all covered life time warrenties, plus it helps if the industrial suppy salesmen is a cool dude or woman. I stay away from pitsburg china, tae wkahanee, hong kong, and all that wonderful harbor salvage crap that your lucky if you get done with the job before it breaks, strips, bends, or gets tossed into never never land from that unexpected knuckle-buster.

if you follow the wiring from the grey boxes on top of your carbs that would be your tors same up on your thumb throttle, guess what i bet if you unplug those connectors you run across in the system you disable the system. and if you need more specifics do a search in here there is a ton of info on tors. I think there are even pics somewhere in here

if you are getting raw oil and fuel out of the pipe A. plenty of fuel no spark, start checking ignition sys varify you have spark x 2 B. you have spark too much fuel..... poss reed damage, carb screwed up if this is the case someway get a hold of clymers manual(your bible)..........read it learn it live it if your gonna work on it yourself. you def have an issue but until you can ask a more specific question, to many variables to really give you something to fix anyone else???????????????????????????????

need some more info............. how long since last time motor ran? if carb problems swapping pipes aint gonna help. what is the other cylinder doing at the same time? have you changed your plugs lately? did you check your piugs after you changed pipes? i would (ass)(u)(me) you rejetted after you changed your pipes? I am guessing that your carbs are the problem, but it could be the ignition , spark in one cyl not the other, do you goose it when you kick it, it sounds stupid but a banshee can be real easy to flood if your not used to it. running stock jet w pipes hope you are deciding to do a rebuild, not to healthy for motor even though it doesnt sound like you get to ride much. slow down! find your problems on the shee, ( what you think is causing problem) do alot of searching in here and most if not all your problems are covered in here already good luck and dont kill it before its prime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not saying you dont have valid bitch, but I havent had one problem out of the roller guides or chain slide front or rear. been on for 1 year has not wore any more than expected! my 2 coins dude i bought laeger a arms (LAEGER) still had to pull some bolt mods out of my ass. to make it work, good product nice strong a arms. any time you mod expect the unexpected cars, trucks, bikes,machines,tools,go carts,atvs,typewriters,computers........... see were I am going with it.. thats part of the addiction to making it yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! besides there is another forum for product bitches and compaints or approvals

I had both lines off at same time for bth calipers so as i was adjusting tie rods I let gravity help, keep your resevoir full and let it slowly go thru lines. it will help a bunch when you do as was said earlier use clear tubing to get all air bubbles out.

I am like you I use mobile 1 in my truck. I worked at s&s cycle for a year and Anne the chick that ran some of the motor break-ins and timed runs on the the test stand showed me why to use mobil 1 in the crank case on v-twins. the clutch in the primary a different story. I use mobil mxt2 for the pre mix and bel-ray gear saver in the trans case. no problems with carbs gooin up and the ports stay pretty clean, no bearing problem and I run 40 to 1 on the mix. my 2 cents. before you get some sh__ flung at ya you might try a search its the banshee death rattle and yes you will loose it eventually there is a mod for it if you did a search you can figure out who will do it and what it takes to do it!
