  1. GASSRX did the port work, it came out very clean! I had a couple of builders in my area check it out and they said its some quality shit. Im trying to come up on some 34 or 35's off of ebay but thers been some bunk shit lately. I like the t5's so i'd rather not change them, but if i have to i will. I'm gonna try to go carbs for now and when my engine needs rebuilding i'll go with the whole stroker kit. www.gassrx.com
  2. ok, i just got my bike running. The most recent upgrades are the noss head (21cc), and the drag port. I have a 10" swingarm and 10 paddle buffed haulers. I was told that the swingarm was an overkill so instead of shortening it im gonna make more power. I've been recommended to change the carbs and go with a stroker kit to make enough power to warrant a 10" extension. I think my bike runs fine right now, moves the paddles pretty easy and the bike just rips. I noticed that the front comes up on some takeoffs still so i think i have enough power. I have t5's and stock carbs right now. What do you guys think? And also, what stroker kit is good out there?

  5. I had this same problem with my bike when I ran it in sand. I went to a builder at RIS Designs and he told me that the bike needed more torque to pull the bike at that high of gear. I Raised the REAR gear 2 teeth and it ran fine. Now that i have my bike ported, he said to leave one tooth more than stock in the back. For short races i could leave the 2 extra teeth. Good luck
  6. positive i did, in increments of 5!(5, 10, 15,20). Anyways, its all ripped apart now. I couldn't sleep knowing my bike was out there leaking!
  7. i just put my bike together from having it ported and got a new noss head too. I hit the kick starter on my bike to move the coolant and it started!!! Scared the shit out of me!!! How the hell did this happen? i sprayed everything with carb cleaner but that was hours before.
  8. I just finished putting my noss head on and my ported cylinders back on and i noticed there is a small leak by screw #10. When i fit the head it had a little play like if the cylinders were not level or the head was crooked. I still put it on anyways and now i have a small leak on that screw, on the line on top of the cylinder. Should i run my bike and tighten everything up once warm or just start over? Im done for tonight i have to be at work in a few hours and need some sleep, i'll be waiting for your advice. Also my engine started with no carbs or pipes on it, what the hell was that all about?

  12. Sounds like a nice setup. What you should to next is buy a powerband. I heard the pink one is the best and has the most power.
  13. i got some vito's racing reeds and they work great. Huge difference in response! Better feel than v3's that i tried on.
  14. Alright, i just got my cylinders back from getting drag port and Im gonna start revbuilding the engine tomorrow. The upgrades that i am doing along with the port are as follow: noss head 21cc domes tors elimination engine ice, upgrade from regular coolant independent air filters, K&N What do you guys have as tips or warnings when im putting it all together? Anything i will have a hard time with? What problems have you guys encountered? What about the jetting, how many sizes should I go up with these upgrades? What should i do to check for leaks? What should i do at start up and check for? Anything would help, i just dont want to fu$k anything up. thanks members.cardomain.com/chonchis1
  15. My friend is a bike mechanic and he told me that my crank seals are leaking and causing my bike to lose power. He said he can tell by the way my exhaust sounds...WTF is he talking about? He also said something about a vacuum in a crank case leaking and all kinds of other bs... Can any one tell me what the heck he is talking about?

  20. I wanna light up my quad with some blue leds and can't seem to find a good way to mount the led's. You guys got some ideas or pics of you projects? Anything will help.
