i dont think small bore out frame , run the inframes and protect ure investment dude , they are inframe DRAG pipes. trust me

i hated it even on tight trails , No power on those things , your starving the engine. Gotta let her breathe and have the bottom end back..... at the time. stock carb banshee's smoke me even on the trails..... terrable run duals , if you wanna keep it still with the bottom end ummph just run some 32mm or 30mm's .

i have ran , Grand river out frames CPI's aswell wickedatv drag pipes shearer pipes INFRAME ( CURRENT ) best yet . pulls insanley up high.

cheapest way for you would be cool head/high compression domes 4mill stroker a wild drag port from some good company. Shearer pipes 35mm carbs Hope you got a good clutch for that power.

i was running a 160? main i cant remember mx port with drag pipes 2 into 1 carb Cant belive i had that setup lol........ Duals pull way better . When i did run the two into 1 , i tried a 35mm original, upgraded to a 38mm , 40mm LOL again..... The 38 pulled the best with my rig . Still Garbage ! Run duals .

yeah a great platform to start with, that way when you start getting more hp , you wont have to fork out the $ for a clutch to accomodate your hp gains.. Downtime depends on if you exchange for the " core charge " or get one pre made and keep your's . ITS WORTH IT !!!

chop the subframe and weld in a aftermarket drag one , woot

there are three adjustments on the carb the slide needle , you can only get to this by unscrewing the top of the carb and removing the throttle cable and then taking the needle out of teh slide or butterfly. second jet is a pilot jet , thats the tiny gold looking screw on the outside of the carb thats easy to see and righhhhhhhht there ( should be a spring in there ( im preety sure ) ) dont lose it. the third and final jet is the main jet : the main jet can be reached by removing the 4 screws that hold the bottom portion of the carb on ( bowl ) in there smack dab in the center you will see a gold/bronze/copperish hexagon looking thing , that is your main jet . It should have numbers stamped on it . If you are going to do some work on your shee i reccomend going with a clymers manual man , great way to learn everything while your taking a dump... also includes torque specs and good part break downs. If you dont get the book , check out the search button or jetting page on here , the top section has " info " pinned about carbs , thats where i learnd my majority of carbs.... besides trial a error .

car paint and it will still chip no matter what you do .... if u use cheap walmart spray paint or somethin it will just chip fast and collect dirt . car paint is the best way and only way ... Overall man id powdercoat it . spend the extra cash , you will be happy with teh result

remove the bowl's of the carbs , then remove the bottom main jet , bronze / gold color , on the side or end of it , it should have a number( very tiny ) . If your bikes not completly stock and it came probly re jetted with cheap offbrand jet's , i seen unstamped ones.
