  1. How nice....I paid $20.00 for them a year ago from Wicked. That's usually how things go for me LOL
  2. I have a brand new set of flush mount valve stems from Wicked I'll sell for $15.00 plus the ride. The package has never been opened.
  3. We drag 1/4 mile asphalt Banshee's. The Cubs are DRAG ported right out of the box. The power band comes on like a light switch at just over 7000 rpm and they pull HARD but low and midrange isn't impressive. They're a great strip motor but I wouldn't even consider a cub for trail. You'd be WAY better off with a lower, wider powerband. A "peaky" high rpm motor on the trails is not a fun bike to ride.....
  4. My son and I run 1/4 mile asphault Banshee's and we love them. With the right $$$$ anything's possible but take it from me... For what your looking to do it would be a HUGE waste of time and money. Today's street bike motors are have so much better technology built in. Starting out with a bone stock factory engine you'll find them to be way more efficient plus they'll put out big HP and Torque numbers VERY reliably.
  5. Close the throttle when you kill the motor.
  6. Just wanted to add my .02 here It's to bad that you didn't pursue working with Jeff a little longer. I understand how one gets gun shy in a situation like this but Jeff's one of the most credible and honest guy's I've ever known. I think anyone who has really got to know him would agree. He'd do WHATEVER was needed to find your problem and although a slim chance it's possible a measurement or whatever could have been off (we're all human) but he'd definetly make it right even if it cost him out of his own pocket. Thats just the kind of guy he is...Each of us is out to make a living at whatever business we're in but Jeff is the kind of guy where honesty and his good name trump the dollar.
  7. Been said over and over on this site but I had to post it up again. Jeff at FAST Racing is just amazing!
  8. Do you know if it's Kevlar fiber? Red, Green or Cardboard color?
  9. Hey there Sparkie, Don't you have me on speed dial? I'm not going to be around tomorrow but we need to talk
  10. Jeff...You out there? Was sure you'd call by now

    Sprocket

I've got a brand new aluminum PBI 40 tooth rear sprocket for a Honda ATC350X. Don't know what else it might fit. If anyone can use this let me know.
  12. When I posted I expected only builders would reply. I know Jeff will see it and be in touch. Just wanted to give him ONE day off! :yelrotflmao:

  14. Hey Jeff, Got one that smells like a hot chick?? I know...I know...What a PERV! :yelrotflmao:
  15. Glad to help out when I can Dave.
  16. Mix it at whatever ratio you normally use in your purge gas. The 1/2 oz to one gallon mix is referring to a 4 stroke fuel additive mixture.
  17. Use Uplon only in your purge gas. Being in the Northeast you know how important it is to purge. When we drain the alky from our carbs at the end of the day (usually around 11:00pm) it turns milky and cloudy in a matter of minutes from moisture in the air. Uplon protects like noting else. Try it you'll like it!!
  18. Benol protects very well but a Klotz rep told me if I wasn't going to do a tear down every 15 hours that it would gum things up especially the rings. You also have to watch for gummy buildup when it dries in places like the carb throats. Super and Original Techniplate aren't good storage lubricants. We had rust form inside our gas engine when using it. R-50 has rust inhibitors but doesn't mix with alcohol. We started purging our alky motor with Klotz Uplon which is sold as a fuel lube. Best stuff IMO for purge and storage Check out the link: http://www.klotzlube.com/tech/KL-107.pdf
  19. Like brand new. Less than 10 1/4 mile passes Length 12 1/8" no nut to 12 7/8 with 2nuts Very slow compression - 1500psi 4160 valving & heavy oil We went to a solid strut on our asphalt Banshee $185.00 shipped http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w258/Dr...ck/100_1233.jpg
  20. This was off Greg Whitakers blue Banshee that was pictured on his business cards at one time. I bought it from him back in 2005 and never mounted it. Needs polished but will clean up nice and is in good shape. Not bent. $55.00 shipped in the US. http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w258/Dr...le/100_4169.jpg

  22. I've got a pristine set of cylinders, pistons and head with 12 hours on them. Need nothing, Install and go. Can send pics. PM me if you want to try to work something out.
  23. I think both of you have good things to offer the sport but it's evident you'll never work together after all this. To bad....We all loose. I hope this is the end of the negative stuff.
  24. The place where I get my methanol will put it in also. I was told it's a top end lubricant for four stroke motors. I don't remember off hand how many ounces is added to 55 gallons but it's very little. I doubt you'd see a perfomance drop if you got it but since you pre-mix there's no reason for it.
  25. You mean, like this!!?? http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w258/Dr...ee/100_0996.jpg
