    nerf bars

Hold tight, i have 2 sets and will get pics, pricing, and details on monday when in the shop...
  9. The 72mm Wampus will use the Supercub head/domes OR soon Calvin is working on a stock head look alike with Supercub layout. Yes the Wampus cyl. will be available in a 7mm Serval layout but it will be about a month or so. Retail pricing on the Wampus is $1,075 plated.
  10. Wampus 4mm and 10mm will be available within a week or so. They will also be available with the 4mm serval port layout soon. The 7mm will be down the road a bit. We or any CP ind. dealer can get them for you. The Wampus is available in 68mm and 72mm bore.
  11. Calvin says they will not offer the Serval in anything but stock stroke and 4mm stroke. Just wont be much demand for a 7mm Serval when the Cubs do so well. The Serval is a bolt on kit to help fill the void for Duners/Play bikes who dont want light switch (as some refer to as Cub powerband) power without going full Race Cub.
  12. Sounds alittle overkill to me for duning on the arm and tires but i would need to know more about rider wieght, setup, etc...
  13. A "dune Banshee" would be good with Aggressive ported stock cyls. or the Serval. A 10mm build is gonna jump in cost considerably. I guess we really need to know exactly how you want to ride it. Like 60-70% duning go stk cyl or Serval. Like 60-70%-up dragging buddies then prolly a Cub. Play bike +4-6" arm, drag bike +8"- up. Along with shocks, the carbs, pipes, paddles etc. will determine how fast it will be and help you get the most out whatever package you decide to build.
  14. Spidy without pics its often hard to tell but i suspect after 4 times it's either lean jetting or an air leak. Need to do a pressure test!! Belly, i would prolly sugest tearing complete motor down to check for contaminents (chunks of piston etc.)in the crank bearings etc.. Might check lower crank brg. too as it looks like it could be spreading apart from not being trued/welded...? Lots of times intake skirts break from Piston to cylinder tolarance being too loose and time for a rebuild has been exceeded.
  15. Try needle in middle and stock pilot is 25 and will prolly be fine with stock pipes but may need air screw out only 1 turn. We carry all the jets if you dont find them locally.
  16. I would prolly say with that budget a Cub will more than suffice your power cravings!
  17. Huh? Are you confusing Me (Jeff) with someone at Herr Juggs or is there a Jeff there now? Either way any site sponsor can get you jets.
  18. Stock is generally 200 but some had 220 in them. At sea level, stock pipes, and holes in lid i would prolly start around 240-250 range. 260 maybe safer if its cold out and should defintely be rich..?
  19. Ron, i can get your 10mm nuts x 1.25mm for your LT500. Lemme know if you need em.. bout the same price.
  20. Like Yamaha said check the sponsor page: http://www.bansheehq.com/yz-banshee-specs-sponsors.html We all try to keep most Banshee parts in stock and good pricing!
  21. Need to have a good clean perforated core in there. It will pick up trq/hp with good packing in it. Make sure to wrap the new packing TIGHT and use strips of Masking tape about every 2-3 inches. Use new rivets or locktight the bolts in the endcap.
  22. We use a long skinny straight blade screw driver.
  23. Ryan are you drunk again? lol Thanks Jon and all pm's have been returned. Prolly through end of November.
  24. Hey Dave missed ya at the HQ ride. They are the Black coated ARP top of the line nuts.
  25. IF i understand your question correctly than yes..
